  We feel we have been scammed. On September 9, 2022, we attended and signed up for the vacation club thinking it would allow us to take numerous vacations at a discounted price after receiving an invitation in the mail. The first booking we did through RGI was a stay in *********. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we had to switch the dates. However, we were told it was non-refundable and non-changeable. Fine, we took that loss. Later on we found out that they booked the hotel through Expedia. Why are we paying for a ************** We then made reservations for our family to go to *********** for a week. The condo that they showed was gorgeous so we booked it. When we arrived in *********** we went to the place they told us to check in with. However, no one there knew about it and did not represent the owner of the condo we rented and never heard of RGI. After driving three hours with our family and it being 7 in the evening, we had to rent hotel rooms. We tried contacting them at the number we had and the emergency number and received the same response: "we will return your call by the next business day". Mind you, this was Saturday, so on Sunday we all went home. RGI contacted us on Monday and offered to refund Saturday and Sunday but we can go back on Monday and have it until the Saturday. We were not about to make another three-hour trip. Therefore, they said they would give us a credit of $1,299 as well as a $200 voucher. We said fine. We then tried to book a hotel in ****** and when we were told it was going to be over $500 we mentioned that we had a credit of $1,299. We were told that we could only use between $10 and $20 per trip for that credit. We then asked to speak to a supervisor and never had any luck. At this point, we have yet to use them and will never use them. All we want is the money we have laid out for the membership fee and stay at *********** which amounts to $8,242.

  SCAM! They assured us they would sell our timeshare and so far its been eight months with nothing. Deals are not anywhere close to what they said they were. The 9000 dollars up we spent for signing up has done absolutely nothing for us. I feel we were taken. Big time. Dont fall for this scam. Worse than any timeshare.

  This company is nothing but a scam. Thank goodness I only signed up for 5 years. When the yearly service fee is due, they can pound sand. Why would I give them anymore money for 0 results. Tried to book a hotel room for 1 night. They got the address wrong for starters. Then had to hand if off to a so called expert. Finally by the end of day, got their email. Price was higher then I could have booked it myself. Wanted a refundable room, but wait, there's more, they were going to charge me 25$ if a I book and then cancel. Excuse me, what's the point of a refundable room. I highly doubt if any of their employees have ever been trained. I'm going to continue to complain to them, because then I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. "Make my day", and talk back, please..

  We are presently in negotiations to try and get our money back so I need to careful in what I write. All I will say is that our experience with them has been a nightmare. If you do not want to find yourself in the same situation, think about why I only gave them one star. Had there been a minus number, i would have gone there.

  Being that I am younger in age. I am able to use this program under the family plan of my parents membership. This company makes it so easy for me to take vacations with my friends. The costs are within my budget and very reasonable. Glad my parents joined.

  Looking as some of these reviews, I was a little scared to what I had acutually signed up for. The sales presentation showed great savings on some dream vacations that my family would ove to go on. When I asked about the pricing, I was told up front that those shown were previously booked trips, so prices will vary. They were very honest about them. They also **** back the marketing gift so that we did not travel with a third party. Though this was a good move since my family likes balcony cabins not inside. Since I have started to use the program, I love the savings on not only cruises, but some of the international tours. We have one booked for Europe in May. This has turned out to ****** of the best investments my family has made.

  A negative star grade is needed for this business.We have filed fraud complaints with the ******* ************************* and with the ******* ********** of ******** Services. If you have not received the discounted services detailed in the *** presentation, you should consider doing the same. Go to the ** and DACS websites and file on-line.

  This organization is really presented inappropriately. I took copious notes during their sales presentation and became a member of the group. However, once a member, I begin researching their offerings. On each inquiry I made, I was able to find a better price by going to the provider directly or through another travel agency. This was on cruises, hotel reservations and land tours. Finally, they told me they could book the land tour with the same agency. When they gave me the quote it was higher than my quote. I then had to give them a discount code provided by the other agency. *** should have been the best offer on all my requests first so I would not have to research other offerings.The examples provided during the *** presentation and the implied discount savings came no where close to my own research. Also, the examples shone on their website after the presentation have not come close to what we now experience on the website.To say this is a sham may not fully explain the situation but the worse case scenario one might experience at a car dealership when purchasing a car does not come close to this experience.

  unbelievable fraud. presenter stated if you didn't want to buy the offer don't bore him with the sad details of why just a yes or no. what a lie, when I said no, 3 different people came and asked me why I wasn't taking the offer. I told them that the presentor limited me of what I could say because he didn't want to hear why and by the way, he was one of the 3 that asked me why I wasn't taking the offer. Also, the dining giveaway is a joke. In my area of ******* people there was 6 so called restaurants all were all either food trucks, catering, or closed, except for one with a few tables that required a $50.00 bill but the highest price item was $9.00. oh yes we paid $9.95 to activate this program and if you register to get the $25.00 certificate you had to pay $10.00 fee to the 3rd party administrator. This whole program should be fined for misrepresentaion of offers and jail time for all participants and of course SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD.
