      I tried to order a set of new tires for my latest car. The web site WOULD NOT LET ME ORDER THE ***** I WANTED, it kept saying, these tires are not the *** size. SO WHAT!!! I wanted a certain size tire but the geniuses at Discount dont want to sell WHAT I WANT but rather what they want.My solution? I went to tire store that would sell me what I want not what some computer want s to sell. If Discount wants loose business I cant think of a better way. BTW, Why not at least have an options such as: "I know these are not the *** size but I want to purchase them anyway? Or didnt the college trained minds at Discount even think of that? BTW, the geniuses that came up with this are dead wrong as to the tire size for my car, I know what the *** size is for my car and its NOT what the computer thinks it is.

      I live in the condos next door to Discount Tire Direct and every weekend, and sometimes in the evenings during the weekday, they play loud music in their warehouse that disturbs the condo residents. I can't even hear my TV. Noise carries far, so please turn down your music!!

      I purchase a set of Pirelli tires from Discount Tire Direct, based on having the best price including a $80 rebate as advertised throughout the purchase. I am happy with the tires, but the Pirelli and their subcontracted rebate company are giving me the runaround, so I am needing help fulfilling the purchase obligations. It took over a month to get back to me, and now it is just lies. Specifically, they are claiming I did not submit an invoice, rather a purchase confirmation, but when they showed the document they had, it clearly shows 'invoice' in the subject and 'official invoice' in the body from Discount Tire Direct. Clearly an attempt to bait and switch, creating breakage. A very shady business practice and they (Pirelli) should be penalized accordingly.

      Order Number: ********** Order Total: $77.84 ***** Tracking: 393142665844 (1 of 2 delivered)***** Tracking: 393142665237 (2 of 2 delivered)Hello my name is ***********************. This is my order information above. I just received my order from ***** and only two of my 4 tires were delivered. I was informed by Discount Tire Direct that "the band of 2 tires was broken twice" and that tires were lost by *****. This is completely unacceptable. I was charged as soon as I placed my order and now I was informed that nothing could be done with regards to sending me the two missing tires until the ***** investigation concludes. This investigation may take up to 48 hours to resolve and I may not receive my two missing tires until early next at this rate. My family is relying on these tires since driving to work is my main source of income. Plus, I'm responsible for getting my children to and from school, and this has now become an unnecessary stress. I'm requesting to have my two missing tires expedited to my home immediately.

      On 10/11/22, Ordered a set of 4 Yokohama Tires (Order # **********). On 10/12/22, I received 3 tires only. One tire (Yokohama ****** X 285 /30 R22 101V XL BSW) never showed up. Apparently ***** lost this package. I contacted Discount Tire Direct, who didn't place a replacement order (Order # **********) until 10/14/22. This order was then left hanging until I had to contact Discount Tire Direct to actually process this order on 10/17/22. On 10/17/22 I received an email stating that my order had shipped and received a ***** tracking number (************). Despite the the tracking number stating that the order would be delivered on 10/21/22,, there has been no acceptance scan from *****. This tracking number has not been updated as ***** still hasn't received the shipment from Discount Tire Direct. I have sent several emails (many ignored) and I have made many calls to no avail. Nobody seems to want to let me know why it is incredibly difficult to receive this 1 tire. My car currently sits, immobile, because of gross incompetence and lack of care from DIscount Tire Direct. Where is my tire?

      I placed a order online Order ********* on 12/10/2021 for 4 tires in the amount of $638.00. I waited a week and had not received my order so I called the customer service number and after being on hold for over 20 minutes I spoke to *********************** who said the tracking looked odd and promised to look into it, The next day I received 1 tire and two days later 1 more. THIS WAS A CHRSTMAS GIFT AND TODAY IS 12/28/2021 and the 2 other tires are not here. I called the company twice yesterday 1st time on hold for 45 minutes 2nd time 38 minutes and never spoke to anyone. Today 45 minutes on hold, I have sent 3 emails two to *********************** with NO response and one last night to the company with NO response, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
