We stand behind our Jeeps and services. Rescheduling is always preferred! There are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival. If, for any reason, you need to cancel outside of the 48 hours, we offer a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Send an email to [email protected], and/or send a message to 602-810-0061.
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Listed prices do not include applicable deposits, sales tax, fees, or trainer gratuities.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we do not have sufficient required documents, i.e., auto insurance declaration page, valid driver's license, or e-signed Terms and Conditions. If we have to cancel a reservation because of bad weather, mechanical failure, or unsafe conditions, you will get a full refund.
