I cancelled this account with the new owner of Patriot, ***************** on the 21st of June 2024. I was told the garbage receptacle would be picked up the following Tuesday, 25 of June, the same day I left for vacation in ******. Five days later, my neighbor called to tell me the receptacle had not been picked up and she put it in my yard. Since July 8th, I have called Patriot/Waste Management four times. Each time I am informed the company will pick up the receptacle the following day. They have not.Initial Complaint

************* was terminated 1/28/2022. A refund was due, to be mailed out 4-6 weeks after the service ended. Contact was made with the ********************* after 7 weeks of not receiving the refund. The ********************* stated a check would be mailed out that same week; week 7. As of 4/5/22 no check has been received. This is now going on 10 months. Two attempts were made in the past 2 days to determine where the check is. No one answered the calls. A voice message was left but no one has called me back.Initial Complaint

At my 8 unit apartment building at ********************************** in ****************, they have over the last year routinely failed to pick up the garbage as scheduled. Over the last 10 weeks things have from bad to worse as they have only managed to pick up twice. However, they continue to charge for weekly service. Multiple calls to their service representatives have made no difference.Initial Complaint
