    Purchased a certified 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid on 5/4/23. I payed cash for the car. I still (7/19/23) do not have the car's title and neither does the dealership. The dealership purchased the car out of state and sold it to me without having the title. They still do not have the title in their possession. I have been issue a third temporary license and have no idea when or if this will ever get resolved. I was promised by a dealer manager that they would have the title long before my second temporary license would expire. I have spent over $300 on maintenance on the car. At this point I want either a full refund or the title in my possession before this third temporary license expires.

    Went in to sell my dads Sienna *** (he can no longer drive), and everything went swimminglythe offer was generous, the salesman pleasant, and the process quicker than expected. However, despite having an appointment and making arrangements in ad***ce to be driven home, as well as being assured it wouldnt take long (this assurance came after I had mentioned my concern that the last time I needed a ride during vehicle maintenance, it was a very long wait, making me late for work), it was only after waiting an hour and 20 minutes that my dad and I were finally given a ride home (we live less than 10 minutes away). This dealership needs to be more considerate of peoples time and more communicative about its ability to transport them in a reasonable amount of time. Had anyone at Toyota mentioned that my first experience with their shuttle service was not unusual or that they were short drivers or anything of that nature, I could have made arrangements with family or friends to get a ride home, but instead we waited and waitedeven getting the run around a few times as to when the shuttle would return for us. And to add insult to injury, the manager said that they could rip up the contract and give us the keys back to my Dads ***, so we could be on our way! So unprofessional and unkind, especially given that this was already hard on my dad with his poor health causing him to lose the freedom and joy of driving, culminating in selling the *** he loved. Bottom line is that if you will need transportation to or from this dealership, we would both STRONGLY suggest you make other arrangements than their courtesy shuttle.
