    I have no idea who or what this company is but I found my name when searching ****** with a profile stating my name and address and claiming I imported organs. I know there are companies that sell data all the time and can do this, especially if you sign and dont read the fine print. But Ive never heard of ImportGenuis and am unaware of how Ive become an importer, especially of organs from *****. Its one thing to have personal Information be, but why are they allowed to make stuff up? How can I get this information removed? Who is ImportGenius???

    Please be assured that this was not intentional on our part. Unfortunately, the shipping company did not classify your shipment correctly, leading to it being processed as a business-related shipment. In compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, bills of lading for business purposes can be republished, which resulted in the inadvertent disclosure of your shipment details.


    It is important to note that all the information we receive comes from the US Customs Automated Manifest System. We rely on this system for accurate and timely data, and we are examining ways to improve our processes to prevent any misclassification in the future.


    We take this matter very seriously and want to emphasize that it is not our policy to republish information concerning individuals. Upon realizing this oversight, we promptly removed your information from our online platform to prevent any further dissemination.

    ImportGenius' website displays sensitive information about our ******** company. We are a business solely present in ****** with no ties to the **. All shipments come directly to ****** (none transiting through the **). ImportGenius claims import and exports from and to the ** are public info but is unable to remove our information from their website even though we are a ******** company. This information's presence compromises our privacy and competitive advantage. We made several attempts to contact ImportGenius via their online contact form and the email on their website requesting the prompt removal of this information from their public website. Unfortunately, we received no response or acknowledgment of our concerns, and the information remains on their website. We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with ImportGenius' lack of responsiveness and failure to address our legitimate concerns. We hope that the BBB can assist in resolving this matter and ensuring the protection of our company's privacy. Thank you in advance for your help.

    We recently discovered that ImportGenius' website displays sensitive information about our company, specifically our import and export data. Despite recognizing that the intent may not be malicious, the information's presence compromises our privacy and competitive advantage.We made two attempts to contact ImportGenius via their online contact form, requesting the prompt removal of this information from their website. Our goal was to resolve the issue amicably. Unfortunately, we received no response or acknowledgment of our concerns, and the information remains on their website.We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with ImportGenius' lack of responsiveness and failure to address our legitimate concerns.
