I purchased a used vehicle that had altered suspension in 10/8/22 from **************** they signed me up for a warranty $4000. The conditions stated I had a $200 check out fee/deductible and that is all I would ever paid for services such as mechanical breakdowns. At some point after the engine light came on I took it in for service and alignment. they said warranty declined coverage for mechanical failure due to a small leak. So I had it repaired elsewhere. I had to pay $460 at that time for check out fees and alignment. the engine light came on again, I had trouble. I took it to a shop and was denied 3rd party. So I took it to a local dealer in Jan 2025. The dealer claimed to be in contact with that 3rd party- CNA National. It was determined $11,000 of mechanical failure needed to be done. the warranty company insisted that we have the head removed. I said I'm only paying for what the warranty covers. They all assured me check out would not be more than $200 and warranty requested tearing off the head. At the end it was determined to be a head problem. Right before repairs after sending an inspector they denied the claim claiming that the vehicle had altered suspension. It was altered prior to my purchase. back and forth with warranty and dealer brought to light a box was not checked at time of purchase by dealer for previously altered suspension. so the dealer says it is up to warranty to refund the full amount since it was null and void the day purchased and they shouldn't have collected money anyway. they tried to work with warranty to get it covered but warranty declined to pay for the repairs, refused to refund total warranty price, and then declined the check out fee. they tried to get me for $2300 but ***** ******* knocks it down to 875. Still far above the $200 total I was suppose to pay per paperwork. So they didn't cover me from day one, the box wasn't checked so it should be refunded.

Purchased a vehicle from jeep (********************* in **** **. purchased additional warranty protection. Car purchased in 2020, factory warranty expired due to mileage over *****. CNA warranty purchased was Lifetime coverage except for ware items (tires, wipers, maintenance, etc) car stopped running. Diagnosis was bad computer board, battery, and fuel injection). Total bill $1150 dollars not covered under warranty. The computer board installed caused the key fobs not to work. They did cover one with some push, but would not replace the other. Cost $225+programing cost. The part was a jeep part. Was told that there was a legal clause saying if a part was installed that caused other parts to become inoperable it would be my responsibility. This was not after mkt parts, it was a jeep part that caused keys to be inoperable. No other product, repairs or after market parts were NEVER installed. Their repair caused the deactivation of my key fobs. I was told I would have to pay. Review: a covered warranty repair, with factory jeep parts, installed by jeep dealer, caused keys not to work, and warranty would not cover both of the keys that were purchased with the vehicle. No additions were ever installed or added to the vehicle. I could see if I installed multiple after market parts, additions that could cause this but I did not. They should cover both keys/fobs. The manager was able to pay for additional key out of their coffers but should be covered under warranty. Any reimbursement should be paid to the Jeep dealer where I serviced my vehicle, Jeep dealer in ******, **

I have a part that is described to me by the dealership as a faulty check valve. CNA is stating they won't cover the repair due it being described as a hose. The representative at CNA even agreed with me when I said this could be looked at as a hose with a check valve or a check valve with a hose. Per my dealership, the hose has not failed, but the check valve has.
