I have been jumping through hoops for a company that should be jumping through hoops for ME. I bought Gap Coverage through my dealership for a reason and its proving POINTLESS. All necessary docs were immediately sent back February only to hear that they couldnt open them, couldnt find them, etc. I spent hours re-gathering all of the docs and re-sending, only to be placed in a very long line of 30 business days. Every time I call, it takes forever to get a hold of a real person. The customer **********************, well, there is none. It sounds like I disturbed an at-home worker who was in the middle of a show and just read the script to me about waiting the 30 business days and I am only at 11. I purchased this coverage for a reason and it has proven completely pointless, only benefitting them. Absolutely frustrating, maddening and feels like a scam. I am so disappointed because this is a company that is supposed to take pride in providing peace of mind to their customers. Youd think they would want to not only do that, but do it in a timely, speedy fashion. I cant and wont support a company that is solely in existence to HELP their customers but are doing the exact opposite.CNA National Warranty Corporation

We contacted them and asked 3 service providers to call them. Due to miscommunication between them and the service provider, they didn't cover the cost. We had called CNA warranty and sent them emails of receipts at the time of the services but they didn't mention that any part of information is missing. After months, they told us we didn't received these on time and can't cover the ******** summarize, they charge you for services they won't provide and try their best to get away with it! Horrible at customer **********************, perfect at tricking and playing politics. ***** services introduced and recommended them to us, which is why I won't trust ***** ever again and would do my research instead.CNA National Warranty Corporation

Twice now they have denied covering things such as I have a tear in my center console under one inch, which should be covered. But they said it is a cut, not a tear, so they will not cover it. And now they's denied a seat repair, even though it's not a tear, it's a rub ***** and they denied the claim on that. Also, this warranty company is absolutely freaking, literally worthless. i am currently trying to work with the dealership finance department to see if I can get my money back from them.Because i'm not paying for something. That's not going to cover anythingi am currently trying to work with the dealership finance department to see if I can get my money back from them. If could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with CNA National has been an absolute nightmare. My extended warranty was supposed to provide peace of mind, but instead, it has been nothing but endless delays, miscommunication, and excuses. My *** 228i has been in the shop for weeks due to a running lean code and rough idle, and CNA has made the process as frustrating as possible. Every time I reach out, I'm told it's not their fault, that I need to talk to the dealership, or that they're still waiting on someone else. It is not my job to chase down a resolution-that's exactly what I paid *** for! They forced the dealership to use aftermarket parts, which failed almost immediately after the repair. Now, instead of stepping up to make it right, they're dragging their feet, making me wait even longer while they "try" to get in touch with their parts supplier. Their customer ********************** is useless, with long hold times and zero accountability. If you're considering an extended warranty, DO NOT waste your money on CNA National. They will do everything they can to delay, deny, and deflect responsibility rather than actually help you. Absolutely disgraceful service.CNA National Warranty Corporation

I am currently trying to get the power running board on my ******* Navigator repaired. I have the **** and called first to verify that it is covered, and it is. The problem? NOT ONE SHOP OR DEALER WILL WORK THEM. So I called *** and they told me that I MUST have the shop call them prior to repair for a reimbursement claim to be opened. Again, no one is willing to make that call and speak with them. *** is not able to help me with a list of friendly service centers, and I can't get it repaired without the shop calling them first. Basically, this warranty is useless for me and I will have to eat a $2,000 repair and keep paying monthly on a warranty I bought that is unable to be used. This is the first time I have ever bought an extended warranty and it will surely be the last. Do not waste your moneyCNA National Warranty Corporation

If I could give them no stars I would. I paid for gap insurance and Ive been given the run around for 3 months on what was needed to complete the claim. Ive been to submit something different be 4 difference representatives meanwhile biding time which made me have to pay the remaining balance on a totaled out car. This has been the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. I should have read the reviews before I purchased itCNA National Warranty Corporation

Good luck getting someone on the phone. This was the WORST $3,500 I ever spent. The cost of the repair needed is about half the cost of the warranty. I have had repairs done that I never even bothered to claim due to the NO SERVICE aspect of their business ******** NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT buy a warranty from CNA National Warranty. The 1.75 review rating should be enough to stop anyone. High pressure sales tactics from the dealership is why I bought. BUY A FACTORY WARRANTY! Thanks BBB for pointing out this company. Too late for me, but hopefully will prevent others from being scammed.CNA National Warranty Corporation

I am so frustrated, I have gotten my vehicle serviced through the same dealership since I have owned this car (purchased in 2021) and CNA is now forcing me to use aftermarket parts which is not allowable by the dealership. Now i have to go pick up my car from the dealership and find somewhere else that will use aftermarket parts. I have never had this issue before and do not have the time to be taking my car around to different locations for services. This is ridiculous and I should be able to get my car fixed where I feel the most comfortable.CNA National Warranty Corporation

Heres a draft of your negative review:I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the abysmal service from CNA National Warranty. On two separate occasions within 30 days, they completely dropped the ball by sitting on requests from my dealership for a PREVIOUSLY APPROVED payment. This kind of incompetence is completely unacceptable.Their representatives are uninformed, unprofessional, and seem to have no understanding of their own payment processes. Instead, they lean on faulty, contradictory information, creating absolute chaos between the customer and the ************* make matters worse, their management staff is laissez-faire, unphased, and unbothered by the urgency of their clients situations. The lack of accountability and urgency is staggering. CNA National Warranty clearly doesnt care about their customers or the impact of their ************* yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for warranty services. This company is a disaster.CNA National Warranty Corporation
