The managers and especially the general manager at the ******* location on ********** are not the friendliest, very evasive with information and right out lie or tell the truth. ********* requires their managers not to provide corporate info to anyone. The managers are unprofessional. I have seen more than a dozen of new general manages come and go including front desk personal since opening just 2 years ago. Too many to count. Equipment when it breaks down takes weeks and even months to fix or replace. The shower walls are slimy. The only thing good about this gym are the fitness instructors.

My husband and I have been having an ongoing issue. It's been close to a almost a year now. This is regarding canceling our membership We have spoken to multiple staff including ****** ******* at the ********* EOS location (*********************************). She refused to give management information because she said since she was in charge there was no need for anyone else to get involved because she would take care of it. It's been 3 weeks and no solution since then. She stated we would get a refund and that we were owed over $200. Still nothing despite the multiple attempts in person and over the phone. We have gone in person out of our way multiple times and multiple times staff have stated they took care of it. We went in person 2x before we moved to confirm cancelled membership and each time they confirmed it has been. Yet, have continued to charge us. We do not live in the area any longer. The fact that we drive over an hour multiple times to take care of this; to be told it has and that there will be a refund and it hasn't been refunded yet is a huge problem. Ultimately the gym was a great experience and we do not have one in our area as of yet but, this experience here makes us not want to go back ever. This is ridiculous. I was hoping someone can take care of this. My next steps are to call the news. The fact that there are multiple reviews here with similar problems, The news will have a feast on this. I'd rather not waste my time doing so but it's come to the point to where I have to do what is necessary because this isn't right and money is owed to us. I sent an email to some of the management Including ****** ********, *** *******, ****** *****, ****** *******, **** ********* and NO ONE has responded. I wish leave zero but I cannot unfortunately.

Unprofessional and Misleading - THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I CANNOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I dont usually leave reviews, but my experience at this gym was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I signed up for personal training expecting professional guidance and support. Instead, my trainers frequently showed up late, one canceled at 4 AM - only 45 mins before our early AM session, because he was "tired" - showed up late, and even arrived smelling strongly of weed. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any fitness environment.I was promised customized workout plans and nutritional guidance but received absolutely none of it. To make matters worse, I later discovered that one of the trainers had misrepresented their certifications. When I addressed these issues, management failed to take any meaningful action or offer real accountability. This gym is all talk: slick sales pitch, zero follow-through. If you value your time, money, and fitness goals, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I left reviews and ****** and Yelp. Im disappointed in my visit to the ****** location. I signed up on the website for a 7 day trial pass and came in to tour the location. Im not going to join a gym without trying it. As I come in front desk sign up tablet was broken, the towel machine is labeled as broken, and ******* asks to see my license and informs me that because ******* is closer to my home, they cant do the 7 day trial but that he could show me around. It seemed quite sketchy and like a lie to get someone to sign up for a gym. I dont believe the manager doesnt have the means to have someone try a gym. I work 10 minutes from this location and would never use the ******* one. He was uninterested and kept repeating that he could still show me around. I decline and left. Im not interested in being contacted - businesses always love to reply with a generic apology and offer to contact. Its not genuine at all.

I visited the *******: Cactus/***** location when on a short trip. I signed up for the $1 and 30 days free promotion they were running, with the intention of canceling within the next two to three days afterwards since my vacation would be ending. The sales representative ****** ******* pushed for this option. When asking him if there would be any additional fees afterwards or if there would be any 30 day notice to cancel he said there would be nonethat the only charge would be the $1 since we would be cancelling and the additional free month would help with the notice. When I tried to cancel my membership days later, I got redirected to an online portal with $93 worth of charges before I was able to submit a cancellation request.Absolutely deceiving when it came to the charges and cancellation, and would NOT recommend this gym to anyone.

I signed up via my employer in June, I paid for a few months before even entering the gym as it always seemed busy and was a bit intimidating. When I finally get the guts to go. I sign up for a complementary workout. I sit with *******, He sells me a training package and insists that I get the upgrade. After going back and forth saying I cant afford it, he goes into his cash app and pays for it himself. I naively seen it as good faith. I end up NOT getting a complementary workout session, jus signed up for personal training. I call the next day about not receiving the workout, not receiving a copy of my contract and also to cancel. Im told the cancellation has been put in and I wont be charged. I was in fact charged! I call about being charged and Im told the same thing. Still NO CONTRACT (when I finally got my contract, I see it says I could have canceled within a few days. Also, the contact stated in contract to reach out to in order to cancel cant cancel your membership) The personal training manager who claimed to put in the cancellation **** is transferred. Talk to new manager ******** about the situation. she rudely responded to me when told **** assured me it was canceled do I have that in writing when in fact she can see history of calls and notes inputted. I stayed stuck in contract months being charged hundreds for things I was told were cancelled. always getting the run around. This week I am being charged an additional $15 to my membership dues for my credit card declining. I made a one time payment to catch up on personal training dues. I was told I would not be able to input a cancel form if I wasnt at a zero. I specifically told ******** I do NOT want this card on file. She did it anyways, I returned the same day and was told it takes 24 hours to be removed from the app. A Lie! Today someone manually inputs my card information as pos to charge me for personal training but couldnt do that for membership dues? BUNCH OF THIEVES!

EOS harassed me and then said, I could cancel personal training and regular gym, at any time, and told free sessions only to just try with trainers, and I was charged, after few days, and by manger over personal the highest membership with gym,,I called many times,,they said, I was cancelled on BOTH, since October 24, and then ACH drafted only 3 times, for regular *****, and many un authorised via bank debit card, up to approximately, totalling 2, ******, because, I believe them, and when found out they were collecting money and no service, I was told, can't cancel, then later oh cancelled only one then, another call, oh, your cancelled neither, then *** in bilking, said he'd keep billing, because of the managers want cancel me from both, then manger over personal trainer is deceitful, because was told NUMEROUS times, contacted I wanted to cancel them, PLUS now the General MNGR., Niayel *****, will not return my calls, and they said, he is authorised to refund, plus, ***, is the one in billing, and now went online, said membership number is cancelled, and **** still want refund, keep getting a run around, even with 30 days notice, they've had since OCTOBER 2024, for a notice.

To whom it may concern, My daughter was very intimidated & felt harassed by a sales personal trainer that would not take no for an answer. She had to sign just to get her off her back. Now I have tried multiple attempts go cancel the contract. And I have gotten no where. This personal trainer sales **** failed to even f/up with her to even schedule the personal trainer for my daughters schedule. They just dropped the ball & never came back to talk to my daughter. But they are for sure taking monies automatically from her account. I have still try reaching the speak with the Manager ** *********** doesn;t return calls nor emails. I feel this is all a scam for single girls that go to the gym just to work out. This is so wrong & I need assistance to this matter.

Avoid EOS Fitness at all costs! Very misleading when you want to cancel your membership. The contract states, in writing, a copy is due to signed the day of signature. I asked for a copy and was told it would be emailed. It never showed up because my email was spelled incorrectly. You can cancel within 3 days of signing, ( so they say) but you have to send a certified letter to corporate, who's address is on the contract. Deceptive Practices 100%. My husband signed a separate contract the same day. Funny, they misspelled his name too. He still doesn't have a copy of his contact. RUN AWAY!!!
