The Matrix Medical Network called from this number *************. The call went to voicemail. When I checked the number it was a number I had blocked. Apparently they can still call even if they have been blocked. Others have complained they are taking advantage of seniors. They need to be stopped.

Thank you, Ms. ******* for your outreach and contacting the Better Business Bureau about your experience with Matrix Medical Network. This company calls frequently to try to force a home visit, to the point where it feels like harassment. We both visit medical care providers regularly--and my husband goes every 90 days, unless he is ill, and then he goes more frequently! In addition, my husband also has a special case worker who helps manage his care due to some disabilities. Certianly this must all be quite clear in the medical records. I have told Matrix NO, you are not needed or wanted in our lovely home. We are taking care of ourselves just fine, and neither of us are homebound such that we would need housecalls. This feels like government intrusion, period, and they refuse to take NO for an answer. I have also blocked their number, but the calls still come. I would like the contacts to stop for good. I would like to be removed from the call lists, permanently.

I have been called numerous times by Matrix Medical Network which comes up CareSource *************) which confused me at first because I have Care Source. I have read the other comments and had a sick feeling in my stomach that elderly people are being taken advantage of by this company. I would simply like to be on their no call list. For their sake, I hope I have been misinformed otherwise, good luck in the next life. Either way, please take me off of your call list.

9-21-24 I have an 85 year old parent that I live with who is sneaky and secretive, so I wake up this morning to her chatting with someone about doing a video assessment. I don't know what is going on so I don't say anything. Then later I hear her on the phone again telling someone that they don't know anything about electronic devices, can't see them or whatever then she asks if her daughter can help her. The woman says yes and I promptly hang up and block the number. They shouldn't be allowed to contact elderly people like this. I'm exhausted with how vigilant I have to be to keep my mother (and our home) safe and now I'm trying to figure out why this company even contacted her in the first place because she has dementia and her memory is horrible. If they want to know something about her health they should start with that person's caregiver FIRST.

We work in conjunction with your health plan to ensure your health status, medications, etc. are up-to-date and accurate. Thank you, Mrs. ******** *************, for your outreach and contacting Better Business Bureau about your experience with Matrix Medical Network. Based on our database, we have not attempted to contact your husband since 2017. We attempted to contact you once in July 2024, and once in early September 2024. We have you placed on our Do Not Contact list going forward.

Matrix medical has stated that they called in July 1917 about my husband, he has been deceased since June of 1917.

They claim they called me once in September of this year. In fact they phone me several times a day. September 23 rd. I received  4 calls from them between 10:25 am and 3:04 pm.
How is this possible if as they claim I am on the do not call list?

A few months ago, I received a telephone call from someone claiming to be with Matrix Medical Network and stating that they were working with my insurance company (CDPHP) and wanted to schedule a home visit. I refused and asked that they not call again as my health conditions are well managed with my care team. A day or two ago, I received yet another call stating that they'd like to schedule a free home visit to help manage my health. Again, I asked them not to call because I'm all set. Today I received a solicitation in the mail for their services. I'm throwing it out. The fist time I asked to not be called again should have sufficed. If I need health care, I go out and get it. I don't know these people and I certainly don't want some stranger coming into my home. I don't want them to contact me again.

Matrix Medical Network at ************ called me on 2/19/24 around 330pm CST. They have contacted me multiple times from different *********** have told them to stop contacting me. Representative was pleasant 2/19/24, but there was no reassurance that they wont continue contacting me.Matrix has a contract with UCare ******** plans to do in-home assessments of UCare patients, but only IF the UCare customer agrees to it. I blocked ********************** about a month ago after one of their employees attempted to browbeat me into allowing their nurse access into my home. Ive been assured that Matrix will not call me or mail me anything else. I received mail and yet another phone call this past week. I have friends who have been contacted several times per week after telling Matrix to stop. This is a legit business, but their browbeating of seniors, especially the very elderly, is out of line. I dont want anything from Matrix, except for them to stop contacting me. Asking them nicely has not worked. I already have an excellent care team of PCP, cardiologist and pulmonologist. They are working with my health insurance company, so Matrix already knows this. A nurse, in a 1 hour visit, cannot offer better care than what I am already receiving. The implication, by one of their reps, that the Matrix in-home visit is required by UCare is false & it was quite scary for two of elderly friends. A simple NO should be enough for Matrix to stop harassing UCare customers. Im in my 70s and have never filed a BBB complaint previously. I blocked one tele# for Matrix, so they used a different one yesterday. That new one has now been blocked also, but I fully expect they use yet another tele# next time they call. Whack-a-mole..

Matrix Medical Network contacted my elderly parents instead of me as their POA. Sent a nurse to their home for 3 hours after they were told no nurse by mother. However they should never had been speaking to her due to POA. I was told they didn't have POA on file however they were contracted through my parents health care plan which in fact does have POA on file and proof was provided to them. This company strives on elderly people and why do they need an in home nurse visit if they routinely see their PCP. Insurance fraud going on here. Also notifying ******** regarding their practices because they are getting paid somehow.
