We brought our 16 month old daughter in around 11:30pm for a hot water burn on her hand, we got checked in waited around ***** minutes to visit the nurse triage station, then another ***** minutes before the provider walked in and asked what brought us in and after we said it was for a hot water burn he said sorry we don't treat ***** and instructed us to drive down town to the ************ Center. The nurse was very apologetic that we waited so long and that they couldn't do anything along with the providers gruff attitude that we don't treat ***** and just walking out of the room. We were upset/disappointed that upon check-in that they didn't inform us that they don't or are unable to treat ***** it would have saved ***** minutes of time that our daughter was in pain. Then a few weeks later we got a bill for $150 for the ** copay, after attempting to dispute that no services were rendered, HonorHealth informed me that once you check in you are subject to the hospital visit regardless if any services are rendered. HonorHealth wouldn't waive/write off the $150 copay, this experience has shown our family that they don't care about our health or experiences at their facilities! It is a sad day that they deny services and still want you to pay for services that they didn't render!HonorHealth

Another egotistical maniac ** being protected by the hospital admin. Tried to file complaint, was stonewalled and ignored. Ended up filing medical board complaint after hospital allowed ** to retaliate further. Staff continued to lie and make excuses, failed to provide any actual updates since nothing was taking place. These people will kill you with a smile on their face and then send you a bill!HonorHealth

1 starI scheduled an endoscopy and colonoscopy March 2023. The colonoscopy was a screening, the endoscopy was for gastritis. I paid my portion before the procedure. Then, after the procedure I was billed $1200 for the colonoscopy because the doctor coded it as "screening" AND "anemia'. The pre-op appointment we reviewed my general health which I reported slight anemia and no symptoms related to anemia other than fatigue and itching. As I have learned, the doctor placed the anemia code next to the screening which then negates the screening and now I have to pay $1200. Per all parties involved (insurance, *********** Surgical Center, Honor Health Gastroenterology, I have attempted for 9 months to ask the practice manager, *************************, to review the codes with ********** to see if it indeed accurate or if in fact the colonoscopy was a screening only. I have assembled a 30 page document with screenshots, dates I have called and spoken to a representative, and I sat in the ************* until someone would speak to me. When ****** finally met with me in October because I sat in the lobby until someone would talk to me - she said she would talk to ********** and let me know the decision. Since October I have left multiple messages for ****** and have yet to receive a call back. Meanwhile, *********** says the case was reviewed early January and the codes stand as is. However, I highly doubt ********** ever saw the request and reviewed because everything the office does in it's communications with patients is zero. I simply ask that HonorHealth ************* call me to say ********** did review the case and to share the decision with me. And, then provide me with written documentatio, dated that the review was complete.Review fromLA C

1 starHorse s*** administrative and orthopedic medicine doctors at **** Medical Center. After complications for a left knee replacement the doctor that did the surgery will not treat me properly but wants to be paid. After being in the ** and seeing FOUR doctors they failed to drain fluid and test me for an infection knowing Ihad fluid and swelling in multiple areas. I was REFUSED from seeing an osteoarthritis specialist even though I was on their floor. Three days later after enduring the worse pin ever for THREE Days and me having to have a nervous breakdown in the hospital did they assign a trauma surgeon who DID FlUID REMOAl the same day! The ********** **** patient relations person has not done a **** thing! The office of the *** has not done a **** thing! I am considering legal action for over billing when I could have been discharged if the fluid was drained when I was in ** - and all FOUR ** doctors knew about fluid needing to be drained but did NOTHING! I demand the two responses above that Imentioned. No response equals lawsuit!Review fromcurtis k

1 starI hate this company. Nothing but problems. They don't give a c*** about you as a patient. They don't listen. They don't care about anything but turning you upside down and shaking you until the money falls out. They s**** the insurance companies for a job not well done and charge an arm and a leg for half baked services. If you get the chance to read this before you ever have to deal with them, then you have been warned. No follow **** poor patient attention to details, poor scheduling, lack of quality contact. This is a ridiculous health care company. The info here on BBB speaks for itself 100%. I have had my fill of them and will never return. Ever!!!!! Any doctor having any association with honor health will not be used by me. One sentence would sum them up. They could not and do not care about their patients. Horrible group of health care system individuals.Review fromTalia W

1 starI was never sent a bill for a visit to Fastmed in ******, then I received a call from a collections agency. I paid the bill immediately- this was a year ago in 2022, and then they called again several months later asking for payment. I gave them bank proof I had paid the bill. then a year later, Fastmed sent me a bill for the same visit as an an overdue payment. I paid the bill again online and then realized I had already paid it a year ago. then the collections agency notified me they were filing a report against my credit. i called the agency multiple times and reminded them I had provided proof of payment a year ago and now they owed me money for a duplicate payment. after finally speaking to a manager, they said I owed no money but need to contact Fastmed for my refund. I have been completely unsuccessful at resolving the credit card refund from Fastmed. After multiple calls and emails, they are condescending and rude, make up stories and pass the buck to other departments, and will not return emails, or calls. this business is a complete scam and should be shut down. You cant even get people to answer the phone in billing as they just push it to voicemail. Shameful!!! They are trying to ruin peoples good credit with their complete incompetence. I see many similar comments. avoid them at all costReview fromleigh R

1 starH*** HOLE DO NOT GO THERE. IT IS LIKE A PRISON AND THEY MISDIAGNOSE I spent two hellish days in that so called hospital. I was in the area two years ago and went to see ****************** for a few minutes. He touched me inappropriately and i ran out. He told them he is mt doctor these two years and 4 months later. Ambulance brought me there, I went to **************************************************, so-called, for a heart thing and ****************** comes into my room. He stocked me and hunted me down. And was there looking at my breasts up and down. It is not good to upset heart patient. WOW .Nurse ***** should not be a nurse, she yells alot. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I DID. I RAN OUT OF THERE AND DIDN'T STOP RUNNING. THEY DO MORE TO UPSET THE PATIENTS THAN THEY DO TO HELP THEM . . I was misdianosed and they did not send in heart surgeon like they said they would. Instead that sexual pig ************** ahowed up in my room. Here it is two years later im at hospital and he tells them he is my doctor and shows up in my room glaring down at my chest up and down and says , "Remember me" I screamed for him to get out. I was being held there unless i signed something to leave. Security guard stood in doorway so i couldn't leave. He then chased me stuck right to my **** all over the hospital and two other securty guards chase me too out into parking lot. My phone had died and couldnt call cab. They would not call me a cab. I knew no one in *******. They chased me out into the streets. I was wondering the streets looking for someone with phone to call cab. Here i am a heart patient and they put me through the ringer. I had to go to another hospital 2 days later and they diagnosed me correctly with fluid build up in heart sack. I could have died. They had to take fluid out. I died twice they had to defibulate twice.
