      I have been trying to resolve my outstanding bill with honor health for over a year after my travel insurance recently denied coverage march of this year At one point they offered a 50 percent discount and after a collection agency called today they refused to acknowledge this they refused to contact honor health and also blocked my number I attempted to solve this Today They refused and blocked my number The address they have a us address *********************************************************************************** I also had a billing from **** and this was settled at a discount due to my travel insurance refusal I am willing to settle I offered them 40 percent They have blocked my number from any phone communication I am willing to settle for 40 percent today I was also in contact with Honor Health a few weeks back I was told the supervisor would contact me within 3 working days This never happened i am willing to resolve and they are not Thankyou ***** ****

      Was seen in Feb of 2024, paid bill in June of 2024 with payment arrangements. Met max OOP, just got another statement over a year later that says past due? How is it past due if its our first statement. No one answers the phone for the number listed. Called alternate honor health number and they are fraudulent charges. Said was for 2 other doctors that we did not see. Asked for supervisor and ***** **** up on me. Called back and got ***** ?? who couldnt hear, and put me on hold for 10 min so far. Shameful behavior

      Since Arizona Cardiology was absorbed by **** have had endless billing problems. I pay the copay on the date of service. Two months later I am notified online and via snail mail that I owe the copay amount. When I go to the office on a Monday (following the Friday of being notified of past due they tell me at the office I have no balance for the previous service.Yesterday, I received an invoice saying I owed the r's fee for the service performed on 12.30.24 ($567) and it was past due.A Junior high accounting club could not do worse than HH billing department. Thank God the Doctors are more competent than the billing departmen!

      Hospital held me passed the 72 hours hold against my will, denied me physical therapy for my spinal injury. Said I looked like a terrorist. Fabricated story to have me searched physically and my property. Started on 12/28/24 to 1/5/25. Has not returned any of my medical devices.

      Honor Health surprise billing of ***** dollars facility charge she did not agree to . The first "Facility Charge" was ***** dollars which is absurd .

      My wife went in for an abdominal hernia repair on 2/28/24. First off I wasnt even allowed to see her after the surgery despite being her husband, which alarmed me. Then, upon picking her up I was misdirected 3 times by different staff when I called inquiring where I needed to go. Then upon picking her up, 2 nurses simply dumped her on me and were rude and completely lacking empathy or professionalism. They refused to help her into the car, making her stand on her on when she isnt ready, and acting as if they had better things to be doing, I of course got out and helped her myself after seeing them blatantly standing impatiently. Finally, the next day when she was sober enough to speak to me, I learned upon her waking up from surgery, she is immediately being forced to sit up, walk around, all while drugged out to the point she cannot speak, and is in excruciating pain. The nurses however pay no mind to this, and brush off her attempts at communicating her severe discomfort. She was not allowed to stay the amount of time needed to recover, and it felt as if they wanted us out of there as soon as possible, taking no mind to her pain, state of mind, or showing any compassion. Her total time recovering at the facility was only an hour and ***************************************** her hernia was severe, involving extreme muscle separation and tearing. To top it off, the pain medication they have her taking is not even working; unable to sleep because shes in so much pain, further straining her muscles due to crying, I am completely disgusted at the care this facility has shown.

      Last year, I learned that my AWESOME ************ Physican (PCP) of almost 10 yrs. would be moving out of state and would no longer be with the clinic effective 1/24/2024. Hearing PCPs were booked months out, I took action almost immediately to find another PCP and reached out to many as in several "accepting new patients" but heard nothing. The clinic suggested their NP and I made an appointment as my new provider on 12/14/23 for 4/12/24. I recently submitted a prescription refill and was told it, and ALL others would be denied until my appnt. on 4/12! Like WHAT? Then, they filled it yesterday!!! Huh? I can do without that one but it was made VERY clear no others would be filled in spite of my indicating I would need to either skip or ration meds. I'm not comfortable going without Lisinopril (for ******* which is rising for some reason) for over two weeks without medical approval. There was absolutely no warning of this unfortunate "rule" whatsoever (unless my husband and I missed it and reminders; not likely) and the only thing they could possibly do was to put me on a cancellation list while totally dismissing my situation. This morning, I drove over an hour for a bone density test and mammogram that I scheduled several months ago (in 2023), for the earliest available. Surprise! The order my previous PCP had provided had expired; was null and void with his departure (1/24/24) and the clinic or PCP team refused to, or weren't able to provide another. Really? I was mortified. My records were all there; no back-up for my former PCP and no planning ahead on their part??? It was soo embarrassing. It's highly unlikely that I can have these done before the end of the year. I'm very active, take care of, and own my health and have extreme osteoporosis; with the only way to monitor for "next steps" if necessary, is with the test. I am sooo positive and easy going but, much of this clinic's team has really gone downhill post pandemic. This was soo avoidable.

      on 2/27/2023 we visited FastMed for an urgent care visit. Since this visit the company is not billing insurance with the correct codes. FEB BCBS has continuously been attempting to contact FastMed to get the billing corrected, but FastMed has since started ignoring BCBS phone calls. On September 18, 2023 FastMed sent us to collections (**********************) without sending us an initial bill. I have paid $35 per my insurance rates, but collections is requesting the additional $265.

      I stayed here overnight after having a baby with my husband and two year old daughter. On the 24 hour **** of our babys birth, we had the final newborn screening tests done, as we had let the hospital staff know in advance we needed to leave after staying for that time frame. When we reiterated that we would be leaving after the tests were collected, nurse ******* made several threats to make us feel we werent allowed to leave. Specifically, she said I cant let you leave, and you wont be allowed to leave until the results come back. This is not true, as legally we can leave the hospital at any time, and is false imprisonment. ******* immediately threatened to involve child protective services if we exercised our right to leave the hospital, even though we stayed well over 24 hours and there were no medical concerns with our baby. All of his checkups and tests came back healthy, and we let them know we were ready to come back to the hospital if anything was wrong when the results came back. ******* then demanded AMA and discharge forms to be signed in order to leave as a condition, which again isnt legally required. She proceeded to get her supervisor, *****, who pushed the same forms onto us and also stated our insurance wouldnt cover birth expenses if we left, which is also untrue. When confronted with the fact that none of these procedures are legally required, ***** admitted it was true, retracted all of her statements right away, and proceeded to help us leave the hospital. ***** also had no knowledge of her employee *******'s previous threats of child services and false imprisonment, and did not back it up. We left the hospital after this interaction, and were given no information about our babys results or any next steps for hearing screening, birth certificate, and more.

      ***************************************** was antisemitic rude and unprofessional.I ignored his stupid remarks about me being a Mossad agent.Sad Horror Health hire this kind of Doctors.... I will avoid using Horror Health in the future.
