This company is protecting people who use domain names for websites to sell unlicensed brands. One of their domains has my trademarked logo on their website and when I attempted to file a claim regarding it, an error occurred on the form and the email address shown on their site for this purpose redirects to the wrong place. It seems they are in the business of protecting and hiding people that are fraudsters and sellers of stolen brands. I have spent 4 hours so far in an effort to find out how to have my trademark removed from a site that they provide the domain name for but have just been led in circles with their broken forms and fake email addresses.

Scam artist are spamming people like me via SMS with the fake website healthwithjulee.com claiming be be fraud detection from a local bank. You are asked to provide banking login details on a fake bank sign in page which they are using to steal real money and data. This company is the illegal front hiding the scammers real identities secret so I cant report them to the police. Do whatever is in your power to end this business and their years of continued illegal behavior.Business response

Hello. My private information including address age etc is exposed on their websites. Domains By Proxy LLC does have an automatic option to click remove but this takes approximately 14 days. I really do need this expedited for many reasons. Domains by Proxy does not answer their phone and directs you to a website that does not work. They are supporting hackers and scamsters to use their system while they remain apathetic. Their assistance in fixing the problems they are causing is horrible. Their customer service ***** and they hide behind technology to try and evade their responsibilities.Business response

For the last two months I have received nonstop spam text messages from 22-now.com, a domain that is registered to Domains By Proxy LLC. The texts come from different phone numbers each time in an apparent attempt to bypass spam filters. They all end with "stop=end" but I have responded "stop" to several of them with absolutely no change in the number of spam messages I receive. At this point it is bordering on harassment.As the organization that has registered this domain, I must assume that Domains By Proxy LLC is responsible for this harassment.Business response

It has been brought to my attention, that MY personal images have been taken from MY personal Instagram account, and were anonymously submitted to a pornographic website without my consent. vapecrator.com and rootcute.com had been duplicating and cloning Ellisi Gifts store. Attached are Shopify Support Chat Logged and screenshots (our website ellisigifts.com, and the two phishing sites www.vapecrator.com and www.rootcute.com) for your reference.These two phishing sites are operated by Domains By Proxy. The service provided by Domains By Proxy allows the owners of these two phishing websites to remain private and hides WHOIS information. In fact, this service is to support website phishing and scam.The unauthorized cloning of Ellisi Gifts store is a very very serious problem, and the owners of these two phishing websites may attack other stores using the same method. On May 7 2022 i booked a short flight from Hfx to ******* roundtrip with the agent. Subsequently it was discovered my last name was spelled wrong on the ticket. i tried to book my baggage fees online with the 2 airlines - 1 for departure + a different 1 for return- all sites ask for last name and check in code-- none would accept my details - rejection was No trip booked under this code or name-- neither correctly spelled or incorrect version. This went on for a few days with agent telling me it will be corrected give it 24 hours etc. I tried to contact airlines directly-- very difficult as SWOOP and FLAIR have no actual agents ..only bots online-- which i did message and again after several errors - wrong email + wrong name again sent me emails stating name corrected. However despite this i could never access the Reservation to book baggage for either airline-- kept saying no trip under this name or code. I could see where this was going-- not to mention the hours of time time & stress i was experiencing over this. It was clear to me that i would hav a problem at check in - so i decided to contact credit card comp and put a hold on funds-- it will be disputed on May25th the date of my trip. I then contacted agent and requested a refund as i was cancelling trip - this agent looked up my trip and told me still incorrect spelling on ticket and yes due to their error- i would recieve a refund. The agent that i booked with would call with confirmation code for refund. This was a cheaper ticket with a no cancellation clause i did agree to initially however due to error in booking-- couldnt be fixed by them -- i believe a full refund is in order. The agent called me to argue with me over ticket and how they could fix it however i was not responsive to this -- than he said a partial refund would be all i would recieve- however i explained credit card company was opening a dispute and he wouldnt recieve the funds anyway! Thats when the call ended.Business response

This company is clearly engaged in conspiracy to commit fraud. They protect criminal phishing and scam enterprises from prosecution/shutdown, which is their primary objective and they are fairly clear about it. They are currently protecting a site called astridways.com ******** **** ****** Ways), who conducts employment offer phishing scams. When you attempt to file a "claim" against a domain hosted on by their company on their website, they try in every way to prevent you from doing so. When you finally get to their "claim" form for phishing scams (so, obviously they know this is happening), they demand that you post email headers in a text box that is limited to **** characters. Everybody who can get this far knows that most email headers contain much more than **** characters. I demand from domainsbyproxy.com to know who the company/individuals are behind astridways.com and to have all organizing names, addresses and contact information sent to me timely or legal action will ensue.Business response

I have invested in a liquidity mining pool. I accidentally participated in an event, and didn't fulfil the requirements for the event. Now, the customer support, contacted through WhatsApp, has stated that I need to match the money invested to remove my money from the mining pool, to have access to it again. Any money that goes into my Coinbase wallet that this is connected to automatically goes to their mining pool, now. I don't trust adding $900 to "unlock" my funds. I was hoping for some way to put my funds back in my wallet without giving them control over another $900 that they might just take if it's a scam. The company operates through a domain proxy company, but the actual website is ETHVIPCLUB.com. The domain company has to be contacted to find actual registrar's. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Also, there was no indication that not fulfilling the event requirements would lead to funds being "locked"Attached isa ********** of an attempted withdraw, me trying to withdrawal "all" of my funds to my wallet, and it saying insufficient funds cause it was locked even though it shows my balance of $800+ . The company ETHVIPCLUB operates through a proxy company and the physical address is hidden. The proxy company, listed in complaint (Domain Proxy LLC) has to be contacted to contact ETHVIPCLUB. I don't know how else to tell you to find them.Business response
