I have used Ulta for quite some time now, and in the past have found it satisfactory. This past month, I had blood drawn on Feb 7 for routine testing. Within days, I had partial results, and a cryptic TNP for several of the tests. Upon inquiry, I learned that the *** indicates several of the tests I had paid for and had blood drawn for were not performed, because the lab never received the blood to perform them. I had blood redrawn on February 12 so that the missing tests could be performed. Today, Feb 25, I learned that Ulta has again lost the blood vials from my draw, and again, I have no results. I attempted to contact the CEO via email, I have called, I have used the online chat, and all I have gotten is the runaround. They are now telling me I need to have blood drawn a third time, but cannot explain to me how this time, the vials will magically reach the lab and the tests will be performed. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that the management of Ulta appears not to give a whit about this situation.Ulta Lab Tests LLC Response

We understand the patient's frustration and sincerely regret the inconvenience. At Ulta Lab Tests, our goal is to ensure that each customer's testing experience is smooth and accurate. In this instance, the **************** misplaced the customer's first specimens, causing them to be reported as TNP (Test Not Performed). When the customer returned for a second draw, the lab had already closed the original order, which led to the rejection of the recollected specimens.After learning of this issue, we took immediate steps to assist the customer:1. Created a new requisition so that the lab would process it correctly.2. Issued a refund for the initial TNP tests before the customer's final visit.3. Maintained open communication and apologized for the inconvenience, confirming there would be no additional costs for repeated collections.The patient returned to our corporate office for the third draw, and we have confirmed that those specimens have now been received and are in process at the lab. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by these circumstances and remain dedicated to doing everything we can to resolve any remaining concerns. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep the customer informed.Review from Chris L

Thank the lord for this ****. I have saved hundreds, getting my lab first then showing doctor. That way I don't have to set up a second appointment to go over labs. Also been tracking my liver and iron saturation levels and with the higher results I can make an appointment to finally find out what is wrong with me. Thank you for the doctors who allow this to help people like me. The prices are so affordable, and I at my own time am able to see if I'm over dosing on my B vitamins, like I was with the iron supplement I was taking. If I asked my doctor to run all these labs they will label me hypochondriac, and I ask for the ** lab today because it can cause iron issues the **, since the last test from my doctor was on the line for positive R arthritis, and was told no I was fine. So now I can get the ** on my own before I met with the blood specialist in the next 2 months. Thank God again for **********Ulta Lab Tests LLC Response

I want to say that ultalabs has been my go to for help w tests that would be difficult to get otherwise. They've always been fair if i needed to cancel a test and refunds were never an issue . I had an unusual circumstance ***************, involving a test I ordered , then, needed to cancel. Mine was a special circumstance, that their policy doesnt accomodate, But they went out of their way to do it. For that they deserve five stars. The reason for four.. is because I was very anxious and worried.. so was calling throughout the day to check.. apparently their staff Works in close proximity with each other and they were talking to one another about me calling to keep checking. I can't really get into why I was calling so much and this was so important but you just have to trust there was a reason. I thankfully received an email that the test was stopped the next day. I was initially told by L (who ordered the test stopped) that I would get a refund if they could catch it. However, the email sent saying they stopped thr order, only said i would not be charged further. I don't know what will eventually happen with money, but they we're very kind to help me at all.Ulta Lab Tests LLC Response

They should offer refunds for kab orders that were not used instead of a store credit. They give you 4 months and after this its only a credit, i was sick for months and forgot i had this lab order until month 5.Ulta Lab Tests LLC Response

Enterprise customers - BEWARE.I own a highly-rated company that serves high net worth professionals and known individuals in town and it was a mistake to even put our name on the Ulta directory.Ulta Labs is simply a platform or middle man but having worked with their corporate leadership and subordinates - they do not care about you, your patients, their customers, and are just happy to get the dollars. They are an economy platform for a reason. And you'll get what you pay for.As an RN - I own a concierge infusion company and we offer mobile lab visits on the side. Long story short, I reached out to their phlebotomy liaison to get help understanding collection instructions on two tests I have never drawn before. Not only did I not get my questions not addressed or completely ignored by ***** - they told me that I "wasn't ready" and they didn't provide "training". Mind you - I was just asking a question - because I wanted to be sure I understood the collection instructions and that my patient's test will be successful and the results will be accurate.And that's what truly caring, thoughtful, responsible healthcare professionals do - even the best of the best doctors and providers I worked for - is ask questions for clarification. But not Ulta - you ask them a question- their PHLEBOTOMY liaison of all people who you'd expect to be competent - and you will be met with such arrogance and condescension. I've dealt with numerous vendors and major companies and never have I experienced anything like it.They terminated our account without an email and called the customer involved directly. I only found out about it from the customer since they didn't respond to my last email. How unbelievably unprofessional is that? You can't make this stuff up.The experience I've had exposes what ****'s true company culture is about - thoughtless, greedy and celebrates low-performing, incompetent, sleazy employees and leadership - instead of holding them accountable.Ulta Lab Tests LLC Response

We have reached out to our client on Wednesday March 15th requesting a phone conversation to resolve her concerns regarding the experience she had with our company. We have reviewed the exchange between our client and our customer service representatives. We regret that the client's needs were not met. We did not see any comments that appeared to be inappropriate, but we did not meet the needs the client was expecting. Per the client's request we removed their patient service center from our public offering per the directions within the email. We have not closed their account, just their ability to perform draws as requested in their email to us dated March 8th.We are willing to discuss the issue further if so desired by the client.Sincerely, Ulta Lab Tests
