    This company is holdng a Borrower's loan hostage. They will not send the customer his loan contract. It has been 2 weeks and he is still waiting on it.

    I logged into my account and made a payment to settle the total amount of the debt. The monies have yet to be withdrawn, I went back to log into the account and was denied access. ************* sold the loan to them and I have not been able to contact anyone.

    I do not know who Concord Servicing LLC is nor do I owe them any monies for a debt that they claim I have. These folks are scamming people and now they have listed themselves on my credit report as a derogatory debt in the amount of ******. I am not paying something that I have no knowledge off, and do not know where it came from. Please help!

    They did the bait and switch on me I applied for a Milstone card which is a better card but they tried to give me indigo which is the worse card ever since that card fee is ****** now they saying I owe 125 even as I never applied for that card and they saying it will go on my credit report if I don't pay the ******.People beware never apply for card from this company they are a scam and will mess up your credit

    This is the worst company ever do not do business with any company that uses concord credit to manage there accounts. This company will literally lock you out of you account for any reason seriously this time was because they just felt Like it. Just so I can't pay my bill and get hit with their late fees they will drop your credit to make a few extra bucks. How can you legaly make it where you can not pay your bill is beyond me. Save yourself the trouble do not use any company that does business with these clowns. Company needs shut down

    If I could give them a negative rating I would. HOW DOES THE BBB GIVE THEM A B+ RATING? They are horrible scam artists. Made a late payment, which I included extra to cover late fees. For 3 months now they have said I am past due. Called and talked to someone. Read off every payment I made to them with the date it came out through my ******************* pay. Went to bank got the trace # for each payment. Had issues with them receiving my documentation through email. Then notice a refund for the exact amount I sent in late. Finally got my documentation sent to them. Was told that the trace number isnt sufficient. Havent been able to get an answer on why they sent a refund.

    Negative stars across the board This ??? " Do not want to call it a company but a call center" Is a joke , they purchased a loan from the original creditor and after a year of paying early (6 days early) all of a sudden my payments were not being credited in a timely manner my bank provided proof they do not care they are going to make it as difficult as possible for you, it is all my fault, threaten to ruin any credit you have, if you pay extra it does not go to principal , even though I asked for it to ,. do not use and stay away , far away !!!

    Dark ages cant change name except by mail or fax. Same company different card was able to change my name without a problem. They really dont care about losing a customer and me not paying the outrageous APR on time every month. They were more than happy to cancel the account without proof of identity but wouldnt change my name without me mailing or faxing in my ID. Make that make sense.

    Originally had a loan through redbrick and it was transferred to concord. We had a little over 40 payments left a few months ago. Recently looked at our payments left and they have gone from about 40 to 64. I feel like we are being taken advantage of on our payments and having to pay almost double what our original loan was. Currently waiting to hear back as I cannot see any information on my account when I click on satements. Statements don't show what I have paid, etc, only shows date that I paid.

    I started having billing issues in June 2023. The company stated they never received a payment from me. I had to contact my bank and ask for documentation showing proof of payment, this was a hassle because they told me they never received the documentation. After emailing and faxing information and requesting an audit be done to find out where the money is going, I never received any response. However in January of 2024 I started getting penalized a late fee and the account is 60 days past due. This account has been reported to all 3 credit bureaus showing I'm late on payments but I've made all payments in a timely manner. The representatives that I've spoken to are inadequate they can not provide me information they can not see where the payments are being posted to. All payments were addressed to concord and then they told me to address payments to WF HIL 2017 - Grantor Trust with the same mailing address. Their statements are inaccurate there documentation is questionable. I have one last payment and I'm done dealing with Concord. There is something very wrong with this company and the way they deal with customers and some people probably had no choice in dealing with them because there loan was probably sold to them.
