In October *************************************************************************************** December 2022 we received a letter stating our account would then be financed by Equiant. Then in 2024 our account was then transferred to Concord Financing. The only notification I received was when I attempted to log into Equaint and it directly opened up a log in window for Concord Financing. It accepted all my log in information. Recently when checking on my account the login-in page gave me a notification your accounts are no longer *********************** on our systems. This came about with no receipt of any type of correspondence that my account would be transferred to another finance company. At this time, my payments continue to come out of my account, but I have no idea who is receiving the payments, no way of checking my account with ******************** Financing. I have tried numerous ways of contacting who now owns my account. I received an email from Concord stating that "We are pleased to inform you that your request has been successfully closed. Thank you for reaching out to our Concord team. I then replied "Can you tell me where my account has been sent to? I would like the contact information of said company so that I can create an account with them." With no response to me.Business Response

I want to assert that I am not liable for the debt that is linked to BLACKWELL RECOVERY, as there has been no contractual agreement between us. I have a personal loan with Concord since October 1, 2021. Previously, this account was transferred from ***************. Recently, I was informed by a financial institution that Concord has my account listed as a mortgage. This changes my financial profile tremendously. I have contacted Concord several times, even spoken to a manager, requesting a copy of the contract so I can forward the correct information to the credit agencies. Upon speaking to them, I was told the contract will be sent to my email in 7-5 business days, then 1 -3 business days, finally 1 day. Each time I spoke to Concord I'm told a different story, never resolving the issue. I contacted FCC, the former agency to see if they may have had a copy of the contract. Unfortunately, they did not and informed me Concord should honor my request because all the information was forwarded to them. In order to correct my credit report, I will need a copy of the contract or Concord needs to contact the credit agency and correct the information that it's not a mortgage, but a personal loan.I appreciate your much needed and valued assistance. The BBB has helped me several times in the past. on 8/9/2023 i sent this letter to Equiant .EQUIANT FINANCIAL SERVICES is reporting my transactions and experiences specifically late payments on my consumer report:March 2017 90 days late February 2017 60 days late January 2017 30 days late Equiant is in clear violation of the law.
