Federal First Landing, LLC is a great company to work with. I haven't seen that kinda prompt team before. *****************************, who help me from the beginning. It's a pleasure to work with him and the whole team. He responds to my texts or calls within 10 minutes always. I got funded in less then two weeks. 5 stars************************* and Federal First Lending's Reverse Mortgage Program is Beyond Outstanding! We were cleared with *********** *********** Appraisal and loan approval in just 3 weeks which is unbelievable. ****************** has the best personality for explaining every detail and rule with the reverse mortgage loan. We can not thank him enough for his calm easy going professionalism. They took such great care with our refinancing needs. We were amazed at how quick the entire process was from beginning to end. They have excellent communication with answering any questions or concerns. That really meant a lot because my spouse had a ton of questions. They were patient and would call us back even if it was to answer a small question.
