      August 27, 2022 order#****** September 14, 2022 order#****** I placed a couple orders with Ride Clutch after seeing an advertisement about their motorcycle giveaway. After a while, I tried reaching out multiple times to try and find out where my orders were at and why it was taking so long to receive. I had made a purchase for a keychain in the past and received it so I wasnt nervous about purchasing something from them again. I never recieved any tracking information and my Shop app still shows Order Placed after this long. I later found out that the business took a bunch of money from people and didnt send them their products that they promised. I know this is later than normal to try and file a complaint and get a refund but it wasnt something I was aware I could do at that time. After seeing these people living large with peoples money that they practically stole, it really upsets me and plenty of other people. The biggest thing that angers me is that they got away with this kind of shady practice and the members are still showing off on social media. I would love to get my money back from them as I am sure a lot of other people who fell for their tricks do. This could have all been fixed if they just sent the products they promised. Most everyone knows what they are getting into when they enter a giveaway. You get to enter and if you dont win, at least you still have a product to show for it. Not with Ride Clutch.

      Order placed on 11/26/22 for $30. Order #******. Item was never shipped. The business has ignored multiple attempts for me to either receive the item or a refund. This company has since shut down their website.

      Order some clothing from rideclutch and it totaled out to $75 and they have ignored every form of contact. Have never seen my package and its been 10 months

      On November 22 of 2022 I put in an order for $324 (Order #******) for 3 items (Men's Bones tee 2XL $37, Men's Premium ************ 2XL $37, and a Clutch Mystery Box (Elite) 2XL $250) of which I have received none of them. I emailed their support in March of this year (2023) to ask the status of my order, I have still yet to receive any reply, package or tracking number from Ride Clutch. Complete and utter scam.

      I did the same like others where I bought some clothing merchandise from Ride Clutch because the hoodie and tee looked cool and wanted some apparel and they were having a giveaway too after seeing it on ******** I made the purchase Sept 17 2022 and is now July 5 2023 with no communication from them, no tracking number to indicate confirmation of *************. I waited too long for this. I tried to reach out but looks like their email bounced back, have no website, and their social profiles stagnant. The company seems to have vanished. My order number is #****** and paid $163.35 USD - $222.84 CAD on the conversion at that time. There has been no action whatsoever in their part so I want a refund back for the one hoodie and tee. Thank you.

      I bought some clothing merchandise from this company ride clutch because I needed some more cool clothes to ride my motorcycle on and they were having a giveaway so I thought why not. Sadly after the purchase made on August 22 2022 I waited until now June 6 2023 after no attempt to ship these products I reached out and the company seems to of vanished. I still have my order number #****** no action has been done so Id like a refund on my $190.00 for the one hoodie and 3 t shirts. Thank you.

      Yes I purchased a platinum box from this company for $150. Never received this item. I ordered on October 23rd 2022. I have emailed this customer service and replied back until the end of December then haven't received anything. *******************************,************************* and ***************** are the founders of this company and should be held responsible for these ***** plus customer issues. Which is guaranteed over $150,000 that has been stolen from ** customers that just wanted to buy from their company. Please atleast get ** out money back or the items we have purchased.       I made 3 separate purchases of merch from RideClutch from June and July of 2022 and never received any orders. When I emailed customer service demanding a refund I was told they were experiencing supply delays and would get my orders out and only offered discount codes for their store. Nearly a year later and I have never heard back from them and there is no way to contact them for merch or a refund.
