I am emailing you due to being very disappointed with the service that your company provided. I have had 3 orders that company has charged my card and my orders have not been fulfilled. The first order being from July 13,2022 and then the following two month after. Once I noticed my account being charged but my orders not being delivered/fulfilled, this is unacceptable and unlawful since Im paying for a service and the service not being render or refund and there being a paper trail of the payment made and no service delivered. Im not sure if I was even entered in the giveaway at time since no orders was delivered. At that I have cancelled my reoccurring subscription last month due to unfulfilled orders and I would like a full refund of all my money for those three unfulfilled orders. I do not want any of my orders fulfilled at this time and would like all 3 transactions refunded totaling an amount of ****** dollars.Initial Complaint

This is regarding a previous complaint that wasn't upheld. The number is ID#:********. The business never sent me a replacement item worth the same amount. My purchase was made for a T-shirt on July 21, 2022 in the amount of *****. Their website has been down for months and their social media accounts have not been active. I feel the business stole my money. I've emailed their customer service months ago on numerous occasions but have yet to get a response. The business stated they don't do refunds but would replace my item for an item of equal value. Ride Clutch have failed to uphold that procedure and still has my money. I can't get in contact with them and I feel helpless and like a victim. There's no telling how many other customers are experiencing the same issue. Hi,So I ordered a shirt 4 months ago and I know you guys have a lot of orders but this is getting slightly aggravating as I spend a lot of money with you guys and have not still Received my shirt, what can you guys do to reconcile this extremely inconvenient situation you have brought? At the end of December I ordered $100 gift card from Ride Clutch. I have sent them at least five emails asking for a gift certificate or my money back and nothing has happened. Im disappointed because my son really liked their selection of items. Needless to say it, disappointed my son, because he was mine as a Christmas gift. Anytime I call my call is forwarded to a voicemail to a cell phone.Initial Complaint

I ordered $120 worth of merchandise from RideClutch, using a promo code that was supposed to refund my money and deliver the order in and give me entries to win a giveaway bike. Not only have I not received my order, their customer support emailed me three months ago saying that they had shipment delays, and have since stopped replying to email.
