      I ordered this product in June 2022 where I received 5 bottles of a diet product from keto prime and within two weeks not satisfied with product so per there return policy send unused product back for refund of used product ($198.76) and cancel future orders. Reuturned product. Did not get refund and they also sent 5 more bottles and charged my account $198.76 again. I am working with my credit card company but I wanted your company made aware of this unscrupulous company.

      Complaint against Keto Prime Store, ************************************************************** Prime and Keto Detox ordered June 6, 2022, online. Had responded to Instagram add for Shark Tank product. Clicked on Learn More. Was taken to Keto Prime site instead. Thought I was ordering the product I wanted. I was duped because this product is not the one recommended by Shark Tank. Called customer service, following the company terms and conditions for getting a refund due to false advertising. Got appropriate authorization numbers, as directed. Returned products via **** on June 22, 2022. Tracking number said product arrived at company June 24th at 9:03 AM. Have received no refund to credit card. Today, July 22 at 2:50 PM called customer service to inquire about refund to credit card. Jayvie told me there is a restocking charge and I would only be refunded $173.78 (originally paid $198.78) for Keto Prime and $39.58 (originally paid $49.68) for Detox. The Refund Policy in company Terms and Conditions says nothing about restocking charge. I responded to false advertising and got duped.

      Keto prime is a scam they charge you for things you did not order and then continued to send things and charge without my consent they have no way to get a hold of them its a joke do not order from them

      June 16,2022 ordered keto prime online, 2 bottles $119. 50% off $59.74. Took my money for $119, $59.74 never refunded.Called several times thru costumer service at877-397-4346, they said will take 5-7 days. No refund. Called again July 1, spoke to ****** reference #******.She said so follow up with ********. Called again July 15, spoke to ***, same answer I get, told him I'll return the unused bottle. He said check on Monday. Monday, July 18,spoke to Joy who said I can't return it because it's past due their policy.Same answer, will check with ********.They made me around & around with no resolution.

      I saw there add on TV, ******** and started to look into it. I sighed up for (1) bottle, ONLY ONE and instead they sent me three and charged my debit card for 3 bottles. Then today I was checking my bank statement and noticed they took out another ****** . What the heck for?? ?????Do they think we are made of money????? Please help!

      I saw an ad on the internet for keto pills "as seen on Shark Tank". I ordered a bottle of Keto Prime. I was sent 5 bottles and charged ****** along with another ***** ( for detox pills i did not order) on 6/6 2022. On 7/7/2022 I was charged another ****** along with *****. They will not return my calls or emails. These were not the keto pills from Shark Tank!!

      Similar to all the other complaints for this business they continue to change and send me product with mo way to cancel or return product. I responded to an instagram add a few months for 1 or 2 bottles for 50$ or so (dont have add). They sent 6 and charged me 250. Now they just sent me more and charged me over 100$ (did not open). There is no address or customer service number. Someone needs to stop these people. I want a refund for initial order (happy to return unopened bottle the sent. Please deal with his deceitful company.

      Hello I ordered keto prime dietary supplements on line. The website promoting the pills connected themselves with the shark tank tv show. They charged my bank account ****** which was twice as much as I authorized. I received the package and in it was 5 bottles of keto prime supplement and two bottles of detox prime which I didnt order. There is no contact information so I can return this stuff. This month they charged another ****** and I have received nothing and dont want nothing. I want to cancel and maybe get my money back. Please help.

      I ordered keto prime on 5/7 when I went to Check out the detox bottles were offered. I said no but was charged for them any ways.I received confirmation emails that my orders were received.I never received my product. Now on 6/7 I was charged again. I have tried to return to the website, email and call them however I can not find the website again. The phone number I have says no longer in service and my emails get returned undeliverable. I want to cancel my order and be fully refunded. I never received the product
