      I moved in on 2/11/2024, from ********** and when I arrived my apartment was not even ready for me to move in, I cleaned the apartment myself because I was not going to wait until they had it cleaned for me. Then my mailbox has been tampered with. I have told the manger on multiple times that someone or somebodies have been tampering with it. The manger has had the lock changed on multiple times. Finally, a couple of weeks ago I mentioned it to the postman and a police report was supposedly made. But my key still does not work in the lock. I cannot get my mail unless the mailman is here, or I have to pay for a mailbox at the post office. I **** think so. I am still waiting for Maintenace to get me the right key. I am going on almost 2 months of this mailbox problem.

      For the past 3 weeks my apartment has been without a working dryer. Ive been here for about half a year and this was always an issue. What is more problematic is that the complex is going through new management and for about a week NO ONE has been in the office. Its been closed due to training with a sign on the door that says if theres a maintenance emergency call this number. You call the number and no one answers. This is horrific. We would get emails about 3 times a month about paying our rent but WHERE is the urgency to address your tenants. Im not the only tenant whos upset about this. We were left in the dark. I have two toddlers & one being autistic it is VITAL that I have this dryer. *** spent so much money these past few weeks taking my sons blankets and soiled clothing to the laundry mat. Not only that, I havent been able to use the clubhouse at all. The gym, the area inside that is INCLUDED in my rent. This is absolutely ridiculous & who knows when theyre coming back at this point. Ive paid my rent religiously & have never been a problem to this company. Whenever I have an issue, they were already terrible at fixing it. This is absurd.

      There are two separate issues with this same company. 1 is a health issue, and one is a faulty advertising claim. The health issue is large piles of pigeon p*** (4 feet by 6 feet+ in size) around the complex, and a massive pigeon infestation. When calling to address they never answer the phone, when going into the office in person I was communicated that cleaning up after animals is not the properties responsibility. Pigeon carry many diseases and to leave their ***** matter all over the complex especially in front of residences is a huge health concern. Second, they advertise for multiple pools on property and charge rent accordingly. But for the last 9+ months all of ********* have been closed due to "unsafe conditions". Every time management is asked about a resolution the answer is just "they will be open soon". They are still advertising for amenities including pools on the website to lure in new tenants, without ever fixing the "offered amenities". There has been no reduction in rent, nor any incentives offered to accommodate for the false promise and extra fees associated with these "amentities". Health concerns and theft ***************, not what America should be standing for.

      On November 30th 2023 upon my arrival along with a moving truck full of my things to receive my keys to the apartment I was supposed to move into they gave me the run around for hours just for management to tell me the place wasnt ready and none of the leasing agents never bothered to tell me that. As of now they have put me in a non renovated unit that needs repairs and they are aware of it all. Im still residing in the apartment they threw me in but I want out of this lease due to them not putting me in a renovated 3 bedroom that I was originally approved for and on top of that theyve tacked $700on to my rent and my rent is only $1276. I really have to get out of this place please help. They are saying I owe $1973.59 rent was free for the month of January and my conservice says I owe $1030 thats all

      I need a valve shower repair. The office is never open during business hours. I call the phone number and no one answers. Maintenance is un-reliable. I need hot water to be able to come out of my shower head this is not okay. Not to mention they just fixed the water after 2 1/2 weeks & counting. Now its the valve and I have no way of contacting that this is an issue unless I **** them down. I shouldnt have to sit in my car and wait for maintenance to come back from wherever they are. Not to also mention they said maintenance was out sick with the flu ( 1 maintenance man ) HAVE YOUR OTHER TEAM COME OUT AND REPAIR ARE THINGE FOR US. We need hot water it is legal to not have any ( working or not )

      My name is ************************* and this complaint is against tides of ************** regarding a breached lease that they have me in. I payed $2500 to move in and on the day to get my keys they failed to inform me that the unit I payed for wasnt ready. I had my things with me ready to move in and had no where else to go or any money for a hotel. The unit Im supposed to be in is still vacant and Ive been pressuring the managers to let me move in it when its done being worked on because thats only right. Theyve been giving me the run around and the unit that they have me in now is not up to par and needs a lot of work done on it. All I want to do is move into the unit I payed for and not be in this unit they have me in now.

      I have contacted this property three seperate times about listings on their website, when I come into the office they are different prices,floor plans,amenities than what is listed on their website. I believe this is false advertising at least, at best a bait and switch. They list every apartment having a washer and dryer in unit, which is not the case. They list every unit with upgraded stainless steal appliances which is also not the case. The floor plans online that are listed for their s3 floor plans are completely different from what is advertised (ie. units 710C and unit 1008C are listed as an L shaped studio with the bedroom area tucked away in the back. In reality the floor plan is more of a boxed open concept shape.) I spoke with the manager and she said there are no issues despite all the discrepancies with their website and what is actually being offered in the apartments. I have attached the images of the false advertisement of the floor plans for units 710C and 1008C (S3). Then the actual floor plan that they are in person (S2 and S6)

      I have made several attempts to reach out to these apartments on how much and how Im supposed to pay rent because they disabled me account on there online payment method and could not fix it and they are now telling me to move out or pay but still have yet to tell me how much or how

      Multiple complaints.3 plus days with broken water heater and flooded closet roaches scheduled a pre move out inspection and they never showed up. took 6 plus weeks to replace dish washer with one that works.(it still does not really work)Office staff is rude and always has excuses as to why things are not done.

      I moved October 1st and have yet to receive my deposit. I have received emails confirming that I will receive my deposit back - 734.84$, however my emails following up for the transit of the check havent been responded to. It is now January and I need my deposit back.
