      Beware of this place. I would not recommend it. Office had been closed for 2 weeks for no power - leaving them with no access to apartment keys - and phone line down. During the 2 cold spells - after 2 attempts of repairing - I did not have heat for a week as they did not answer emails that sign hanging up on closed office door said to do in emergencies. I sent several and did an online repair request that I received confirmation they got. It took the 4th attempt to successfully fix it. Three times they came out right away so obviously they were not checking emails. 3 times I requested compensation until ****** finally answered after I threatened going to court and said no. Gross negligence that resulted in delay of a week to attempt to fix again. When ****** answered email after the week, I only got a Sorry about that. I will send maintenance. That shows how little they care for the community. All they want is your money. They dont take accountability. For a water and trash bill not even 13 dollars for water charge and bill is almost 100 dollars with all the ridiculous fees. 38 for trash, 20 for sewer, 15 building fee and so on. Look elsewhere.

      ***** INFESTED!! DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. I moved in April 2023 and for two months I lived basically out of my car because the unit was infested with coaches. The unit was bombed 3 times and each time I had to pay out of pocket to stay at a hotel because the fumes were too bad for my kids to be around. The management office agreed to move to another unit that didnt have roaches. Low and behold two weeks in I started seeing roaches. Roaches are in our beds. Both rooms have had roaches crawl in our bed at night that woke myself and my daughter up. The pool was closed all summer long and yet its part of the rental agreement and rent cost but yet Im sure no one received refunds for. Not only did moving to a new unit extend my lease so now Im stuck in this ***** infested unit for an additional two months. They also never answer maintenance requests. They close out work orders as if they came to fix them so you have to repeatedly go in and put in a new order, and and take weeks before coming to fix issues.They will input that they have come by to fix an issue and close it out but never show up so you have to continuously put in new requests. They also turn the water off several times a month leaving you with no water to shower after a long days work.

      If I could give negative reviews I would. First off was moving in I was told there would be x amount due. Came in, signed everything and made my payments and deposit in full. After a month I noticed the online balance showed an amount due. When I went into the office I inquired about it and was told it was due to their corporate processing the concessions and not to worry. 2-3 months go by and I still notice this amount due and then receive a past due message from the office. They had told me they needed me to come in and sign some concession addendum. I asked if it could be emailed and left somewhere for me to sign and drop off. They said I had to come in to do so. At this time I had restarted both my jobs and my availability was either before office opened or after they had already closed. The staff were unable to help me so I ended up paying the balance. Fast forward to spring this year and have had more AC and hot water and no water issues than any place I've ever lived before. Currently experiencing no *************. There is never any communication or anyone to answer in the office. When the power went out in May I was told to send receipts of my groceries I had lost during the 72 hour power outage and never received that. Then about a month later a new company took over and my lease info is gone. Worst management company.Property is Tides On East Broadway.

      I have been trying so hard not to break my lease but ive been getting sick because of these apartments. Since ive moved in nothing has been fixed . I submit one maintenance request after another. My own car got towed from here and i paid rent here. Nobody mentioned i had to register my car when i moved in. They just asked for my vehicle info and thats it. They charge for stupid stuff all the time. There has been a big hole in my sink and its been leaking ever since i moved in. There is tons of roaches and they have also been here since ive moved. S*** does not work... my window had a crack in it when i moved in and now it's completely busted out. I have submitted a request and it had not been fixed. The stupid apartment always says my maintenance request has been resolved but not once does anyone come to fix it... they scam the h*** out of people who cant afford s*** and college students. This place isnt worth a *****.

      I have moved out back in April from Tides Down town ********. They havent provided me my deposit back till now. I have tried emailing and calling them multiple times but the number is not in use. I will take this case to court

      Tides on North Paradise , now managed by RPM Living. I am a current tenant here and it had been a disaster Living here from the beginning, having them delay my move in 1.5 weeks after driving 10 hours put of state to current problems now which include: cockroach infestation, Heat not working, ceiling fan loose and is hanging loosely, and more. The work the maintenance people do is horrible. I was moved into a "full rennovated" unit but moved into the apartment with now working AC. My apartment was 91f for over a week. The paint job that was done, left paint all over the floors, door knows, ceiling fans, *****************. We have a security gate but it is never closed/working properly so we have homeless people sleeping in these abandoned apartments, even using drugs and dropping needles on the ground outside. This place is truly the worst place I've ever lived at. There's not one good thing I can say about this apartment unfortunately.

      I applied to one of the properties that this company manages in *********, ** Tides on Charleston and my application was denied and their refusing to give me my refund. I have reached out to the property management company PMG but still nothing, I keep getting the runaround no one is trying to help at all. It's like I am being punished for applying and getting denied. I will not recommend anyone to apply especially if you get denied you have to go through tooth and nails to get your your refund back. I applied way in MAY it is now about to be NOVEMBER. THIS IS FOR THE *****

      Only because I cant put no stars if not I would these people steal peoples money just so they can get a commission check smh. I was promised an apt 3 months before my move in date and when the time comes around to move the no good manager tells me she has nothing to offer me and basically o well no money back and no help intended they are refusing to return me my 400 I paid for to be able to have somewhere to live and now Im homeless with 3 kids and they give no cares I was stolen from something I was promised and Im hoping to take legal action with this this is so unfair to us Im speechless on how Ive been treated and lied too do not spend ur hard earning money here plus this place stinks literally

      Left my apartment on June 26th with no problems and still haven't received a move out statement or my deposit and it is well over the 30 days. RPM management keeps telling me Robinson Group has to take care of it but the is no contact info for the Robinson Group. Will be seeking legal action soon if I cannot get any response as I left my apartment in great condition when I left.
