    The shoes are advertised to be very supportive-they are not. Also, I had initially purchased a 9.5 and they ran small. I exchanged them for a size 10 but theyre not comfortable either. So I requested a refund only to find out that their refund policy only allows for 1 refund or exchange. Really!! How is that supposed to work with an online shoe store. ***** this store!

    These are very poor quality shoes. I have high arches and these are not even close to supporting my feet. The company also agreed twice to accepting the returns and twice I was told "not really". They also put in a review that I was a former customer --- NEVER.

    Glad I bought them Coincidence or not I dont know, but my plantar fasciitis did go away after wearing these shoes. I tried several brands with no relief. This is my second pair and I have had no problems since I purchased the first pair I will be purchasing more of these shoes

    I ordered 2 walking( one by ******) and back relief shoes because of the advertised support and their wonderful return policy to find out it is a false advertisement. I wore the shoes only 5 minutes to test and they hurt my back and foot. I wanted to return and get my money back . Here is THEIR RETURN POLICY AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!. keep your comfy merchandise, or you can refund & exchange it for free if you are not completely satisfied. Please return my money you took out from my credit card . The shoes are hurting my back and I didn't use them .there are very cheap and worse shoes I have ever had ******** $5 shoes are better than walk hero Thank you

    If I could give a negative value, I ordered 2 pairs of walking and back relief shoes because of the advertised support and their wonderful return policy to find out it was a false advertisement. I wore the shoes twice and they hurt my back and foot. I wanted to exchange for a half size larger which customer service suggested. I had to send a picture of the ************ of my shoes which I ****** claim was denied, said the soles were dirty. Here is THEIR RETURN POLICY AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!. keep your comfy merchandise, or you can refund & exchange it for free if you are not completely satisfied. Please don't waste your time is really bad shoes and hurting my back

    Im hoping these fit well and they fit better then well. So easy to slip on and so comfy on my foot? The arch support is just perfect and is a nice looking shoe as well. Will order more!Thank you, ***** *********

    I wish I could give a zero! I ordered Walkhero slide on shoes. I didn't know that I was ordering from ***** until the order was completed. The shoes took two weeks to arrive and when received they were the WRONG size. I ordered a 6 1/2 but received a size 11...HUGE difference! Beware!!! !

    If I could give a zero..I would. Ordered shoes and they were stolen before I even got them suspthat not a few hours after notified of delivery a very focused thief came and stole them from my front door.

    Ordered shoes from them. They did not fit my planter fasciitis foot. Tried to return as the shoes were not worn all. After a great many pictures and emails they told me to donate the shoes and they will send me another pair. It sounded fine but they were going to charge me for the replacement pair. I told them to forget it. I am reporting them to the BBB and will contact my attorney.
