    I book a flight along with a hotel stay through USAA Member Travel Privileges. The airline was *************** The flight was supposed to be yesterday, leaving HSV going to ******* ******* at 3:20 yesterday afternoon. At 10:30 am I received a text from ************** stating flight was canceled. I spent all day trying to straighten this out. Nobody is returning calls. I have repeatedly emailed, called and now USAA member travel is telling me the flight was not canceled and I have proof it did. My vacation is already ruined..now I just want the money back I spent on airfare along with the $600 I paid for the hotel that I cannot get to.

    Shame on **** for contracting with this very shady business (*******)! As a lifelong **** member ****************** ins, auto loan, credit card etc.) I have been very trusting of **** until now. Directly from the **** website and my login page I booked a hotel for an upcoming college visit for myself and my daughter. I did not realize that I was actually booking through a third party company with several names *******/***/*******. The fact that this company has changed names several times, and/or **** has contracted with these companies is very sus. After booking our hotel the charge appeared promptly on my **** credit card. I never received a hotel or booking confirmation via email, text or any method, not even my own **** page. I called the ************ directly, wanting to make a minor change (moving our last night to one of their same family of hotels closer to the airport for our very early flight home) and was rudely told no, they could not/would not do that for us because I booked it through a third party. I am a Hilton Honors member and they still would not help with this minor modification (keeping the money in their SAME hotel chain). I then called **** travel to see if they could help with the modification. I spoke with ******* who when I asked if she was a **** employee or an employee of the third party travel company **** contracts with she stated that she was, in fact, a **** employee. ***, since her email ends in @arrivia.com After explaining my issue with the hotel and minor modification she proceeded to inform me that I had ~$3000.00 in **** credits for future cruise or resort travel - clearly trying to upsell something I wasn't interested in instead of helping me with my hotel modification. ******* put me on hold for an extended time only to come back on the line to tell me that she couldn't make the hotel modification nor could she cancel it altogether and make a separate booking for each hotel. I don't think she even tried.
