    This was hands down the worst rental experience Ive ever had. The pictures in the listing didnt show the massive construction site just 20 feet away. There was constant jackhammering all day on Friday, completely ruining our stay. The windows and doors couldnt even be opened without setting off the smoke detector because of the dust. This unit also had a rooftop that we couldnt use because of the construction dust.Before booking, I spoke with the company multiple times about potentially staying at another one of their listings in *********, and at no point did anyone mention this property was right next to a construction zone. Thats not just bad communicationits dishonest.When we arrived at midnight, the oven had been left on, which was a serious safety hazard considering check-in was at 4 PM. This means the oven was on for hours before we got there. On top of that, there werent enough towels for everyone in our group.A few days after our trip, the company emailed us a $250 charge for supposed damage to the towels and bedding. I dont know how they can justify this, especially when the rental itself was in such poor condition. The photos they sent of the damage showed nothing more than what youd expect from normal use, and the towels and bedding already looked like that before we even used them.Its clear this company uses damage fees as a scam to get more money out of their renters. After reading other reviews, it seems like a patterncharging damage fees for what is just normal wear and tear of a vacation rental.Ive emailed the company three times to dispute these unfair charges, and they havent responded at all. Their customer service is non-existent, and its clear they have no interest in resolving issues or treating their customers fairly.

    They charged for a service (pool heat) that they did not provide, I informed them of this an hour after check in and they said they would resolve it. They never did, and when I called after my stay to request a refund for this charge, they claimed that I never informed them of the problem. I won't even mention their other nickel and dime tactics.

    Hello *****,We are sorry you feel this way after an initial post-stay discussion with one of our guest service managers. Several days after your departure, my colleague discussed with you that any & all damages or appliance malfunctions must be reported at the time of occupation to qualify for compensation. By not reporting it to us at the time, it was assumed the pool heat along with any other appliances was functioning as it should. This was why we could only reverse the damages charge as far as compensation is concerned. We are sorry we are unable to take further action, and we thank you for your stay and feedback.     My husband and I rented an apartment in *********, close to the hospital where he was having surgery. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, except for the sofa, which was so low to the floor, it was difficult to get out of. The bed was very comfortable. There was parking under the building, which was very convenient when it rained. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and there was someone on site who was also helpful. We will return, hopefully for a more enjoyable reason next time!

    I rented a home in ********** *******, and everything went smooth. All emails were answered promptly. The house was in great condition and the only problem was not enough towels. I emailed the company and they were delivered.I would use them again in the future and would happily recommend them after our experience.

    I recently stayed in a home managed by GoodNight Stay in **********, **. with my daughter and 4 grandchildren. The home was exactly as advertised with a renovated kitchen and bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. When we arrived the *** staff had turned on several lights to greet us, and the home was very clean. Adequate kitchen, bath, and toilet items were made available to get us started on our vacation. The only problem we encountered was the pool heat had not been turned on, but they sent a person over to turn on the heater within a half hour of our call. I found their staff to be very responsive and courteous .

    This company is completely full of garbage. As a homeowner we hired them to property manage for us. They have a great sales pitch, and a response to EVERYTHING lined up and ready to go as soon as you have a complaint or problem. They take 0 ownership for mistakes they make. 0. Their theory is to deny deny deny and post BS responses to legitimate concerns and problems. It is a complete circle of nonsense. They took 0 care of our home. They left air filters disgusting and black, didnt clean properly and generally left our rental property in awful condition. Upon firing them we were able to rent our home out for many months with ease. They were incapable doing so. Their last act was to inform me that ALL of our bedding magically disappeared. We very politely requested it back. We were told its normal to lose these items because of wear and tear. Not some of them, ALL of them. Do yourself a favor and learn from our terrible experience, loss of income and waste of time. Hire another company. Most of the other bad reviews are from guests. Now you have one from a home owner. Since firing them our home has ALL 5 star reviews and is doing fantastic. Expensive ****** to learn for us, but, thank goodness they are in our rear view mirror.

    We rented a beautiful home in *********. The house was extremely clean. The description of the property was accurate. The communication from Good Night Stay prior to our stay could not have been more responsive. They responded to my emails within an hour each time. Great experience.
