            Date of Transaction 11/1/2023 Paid for shipping of home videos to iMemories for $16.23 Date of Transaction 11/18/2023 iMemories converted a *** and a Tape into Electronic Home Videos for $81.70 The quality of the conversion was not professional. Instead of two electronic files, they sent me 18 MP4 files for the *** and 8 MP4 files for the Tape. I would have expected 1 electronic file for each the *** and the Tape. When viewing the home movies on a streaming app, each MP4 would play and then the screen would freeze and there was no option to continuously view the home movie, which was how the two media were originally, the *** and the Tape. The sound was muffled on the *** files. There was one of the 8 MP4 files on the tape that was fuzzy - not from focus but from bad coversion. I'd like my money refunded so I can go somewhere else to have a more professional quality conversion done.

            I read thru ALL of the materials I received and NO WHERE did it say I would be charged a monthly fee to be able to view. This is bait and switch!!!!

            Hi *****, We apologize for any confusion with the process. The iMemories Cloud Storage subscription is an optional way customers have to save their memories once the digital conversion is complete. It is listed on the website and in the Starter Guide as an **************On (page 4). We do not automaticaly subscribe customers to a plan at the end of the 30 free days of access. We offer customers customization and flexibility when it comes to saving their memories, since each customer does not have the save needs. In addition to the cloud storage, you can download and save your memories at no charge to your computer or devices or purchase DVD/USB drives(s). We want to ensure customers are able to save their memories in the best way for them. If the subscription is not the best option for you, we would be happy to go over the other options with you. We have **************** available to answer questions through out the process by phone and email. Please do not hesitate to reach out and discuss this with us at **************.
