    This company calls me late hours during the night and constantly harasses me about a website despite multiple requests for them to remove me from their calling list and me being on the do not solicit list. They call from different numbers and give false names. I asked several times to speak with a manger and they hang up on me. They will not leave me alone and it is disturbing my life.

    I have been continually contacted by ProWeaver for the past 4 years. Every time I tell them respectfully to please add me to the do not call list nothing happens. I am sick of it. Please take us off your call list.

    I am writing to formally complain about the persistent unsolicited calls Ive been receiving from your company. Despite multiple requests for you to cease contacting me, I continue to receive calls using information from my company records. This includes calls to my personal phone number, which is not publicly listed or posted anywhere.     This company keeps spam calling my phone using the information from my LLC. I've told them multiple times that I'm not interested in their business. They keep calling from different numbers to make it worse. Please stop this practice! It's very very annoying and wont get you any business!!

    I continually ask each and every representation of Proweaver to quit calling me and to quit emailing me, but they continue to do so. I have done this verbally and via email. I have never wanted their services and I never will do business with them. Every time they call, I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and then they hang up on me. I try to call them right back and I get no answer or voicemail. I block each call they use to call but they continue to call with different numbers, same area code. I am strongly considering if I can file a harassment complaint with the attorney general's office because this is beyond harassment as this point, and something needs to be done about Proweaver.

    Just the same as all the other complaints, this business harasses my place of business several times a day, every single day. Even when told that we are NOT interested in their services and to stop calling, they will call back minutes later and leave a voicemail to continue to sell their business. My company would absolutely never do any type of business with someone who tries to nag and annoy you into rendering services with them. Additionally, we receive at least 2 emails per day on top of the phone calls. It's an obnoxious business practice and due to the number of complaints on here, it seems that this is truly their business practice and how they conduct themselves everyday. If you are investigating the company and phone number as I did, good luck to you- it means you're already on their radar and they will prey on you like they did the rest of us!

    Proweaver has developed and "maintained" our website for 3 years. Every year, they request $300 for maintenance, even though we are hosting on ****************** This year, we elected to stop using Proweaver and go with another company. Proweaver contacted us and said that the website would be taken down if we didn't pay the $300. We informed them that we didn't want to use their services anymore and that there wasn't any need for them to perform "maintenance" on the website. However, this week we noticed that the website was offline and somehow Proweaver is trying to extort payment!

    On 5/30/2023 we filed a complaint because this company kept calling us despite being told we were not interested. They apologized after the inconvenience and stated we would be taken off the Do Not Call list. Since then they have continued to call us and some times up to 3 calls back to back. Again I told the representative to stop calling us and they continue to email and call. They were advised that if the calls/emails continued that we would have to take legal action. Yet upon checking our business emails we see that yet again they are emailing us. They refuse to stop trying to sell us their services and when called out on their nonsense they either blame it on another representative or proceed to hang up on me and have someone else call. At this point we are looking to take legal action against them.

    My name is ***************************** and I am the owner of ******* ************* ******** ***** In August of 2020 I paid ProWeaver to create a website for my childcare center. I paid the initial fee for creating the website and on 08/31/2020 I was told by **** at the very beginning there would be no maintenance for for the first year but after a year that there would be a annual maintenance fee of $100 per year that I would pay and nothing more because I had already paid ****** for my domain name. The following year I was charged $200 ($100 maintenance fee and $100 for domain hosting) and I have been paying that amount for 2021 and 2022. This year I was sent a bill totaling $300 for their services and I called and spoke with ****** and informed her that I was only suppose to be charged $100 if I used ****** for my domain and $200 if I allowed them to use my domain name. ****** assured me that she would change to charge and submit the new bill to my attention for payment, but the bill was still for $300. I called and emailed her on several occasions but never received a return call only a bill for $300. I did not pay the $300 and shortly thereafter my entire website was removed. I would like to request that Proweaver either bill me the annual billing of $200 (maintenance, and domain name) or release my domain name so that I can return it to ****** and find someone else to create a website for my childcare center. I have ALL email exchanges and documentation as proof if needed.
