    Always thought this company was the best! Had them out last week for the seasonal check of my Air-Conditioner. The representative was so rude and unpleasant to me, I was so surprised. I know people have bad days, but all he wanted to tell me was that I don't have a good Air-Conditioner and it needs replaced. He didn't share any of the readings with me at all. All he could suggest was that I need a new unit! I had someone else come and checked it said my unit is fine. Pretty disappointed with *** *** now!

    Our AC unit, attic coils and heater were original from ****. We decided it was time to get a new one installed before this one gave out on one of our extreme hot days of summer. Jaycox had been doing seasonal checkups on our AZ and heater since we bought this house in 2018. They never tried to tell ** to get a new unit or upsell anything for the units. This weighed heavily on our decision to use Jaycox. In addition their sales man was very nice, knowledgeable and always answered my questions, which were many. The work crew came in and had to go through the access in the master bedroom closet, they sealed plastic all around our clothes and we could not tell they had been in there, other than the hole was bigger which they put up framing and it looks better than I had envisioned. The crew were professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. Jaycox will continue to get my business as well as my referrals to anyone who asks.
