            In 2023 I contacted Vetlink Solutions to assist in filing a VA disability compensation. I went to the medical evaluation set up by REE Medical and for months never heard any updates. In the meantime I submitted my own Disability compensation claims through the **. Late 2023 vetlink solutions notified me that my claim was ready to be submitted and they would send me the information to upload. I never followed through with filing a claim utilizing vetlink solutions. On June 20, 2024, I received a phone call and email from REE medical/ Vetlink solutions stating I owe them $5000.00 for helping to get a disability compensation increase. Having never submitted a claim utilizing their service, I feel they submitted a claim without my approval which is not authorized.

            I started dealing with this company in December 2023. I was told that my payment would be required upon successful increase of benefits. Half way through the process and 6 months later I am told that due Vetlink solutions reformatting their process my payment would be reduced but I would have to pay them over $3,000 upfront. I told them I don't have it. So after wasting all of this time and losing close to $10,000 in back pay. I have to start the process again. Please don't use this company from one veteran to another, this is a scam!
