2 starsOur experience with purchasing a new a/c unit from Rescue One has been frustrating in so many ways. Being steered by BBB and *** reviews of the company we believed everything that ***** (sales **** presented on 2/21 was accurate. The unit was presented as qualifying for a $750 rebate from ***, a federal tax credit of $600 for furnace and $2000 for heat pump. When questioned the company handling building permit from City of ******** we were referred to ******* (office staff). She initially advised it was not required on a "like for like" replacement. Having replaced an a/c unit we knew this was not accurate. After insisting this be done (the unit is now installed) she filed for application using our email as contact instead of the company. Email advised the application was incomplete. We went to the City to seek their input; they advised a permit was required and any company with an *** # knows this. Paid the $175 fee and set up time for inspection. When contacting ******* about permit she immediately offered a reimbursement check. When checking on the *** rebate she advised they have to submit the application after we sign it. ***** delivered the $175 check and the *** rebate form for our signature and *** account number on March 13. We kept a copy of the application for our files. On April 22 we contacted *** and were advised that the application had not been submitted. After reviewing the details of the purchased unit ***** (***) advised the unit did not qualify be-cause it was "dual fuel". Rescue One did not file the application because they knew it didn't qualify - FRAUD! We are in the process of researching the federal tax credits promised but the furnace credit looks like fraud also. Our contract with Rescue One includes 10 years parts and labor. Not very confident about this whole transaction. After speaking with ***** at *** we phoned *******, advised she was not available, and would reach out to us. Rescue One Air Tech ***** ********* did a great job in servicing my A/C unit.He was courteous, professional and got the job done. No problems, I have requested that he be my TECH GUY for the remainder of my maintenance contract. THANK YOU *****.

5 starsI called Rescue One Air and needed a repair ASAP. They wasted no time in making that a priority. *************************** was the tech that came out and he was 100% on everything he did from communication to replacing the part needed. ****** was knowledgeable, kind, well mannered, thorough and made short work of the replacement. I highly recommend Rescue One Air and will definitely be using them again for any future repairs and A/C maintenance. I feel I made the best choice by calling them out. I cant thank them enough. *********************** did a fantastic job! Our a/c broke down and he was able to get it up and running quickly. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise was outstanding. He explain everything in detail so that I understand what was going on with the hvac. He took his time to show me what he saw and other maintenance that was needed so that I was aware. He fully explain the warranty and was so patient with my father. This is the company you should go to because they are fair and took care of us. We will be back because the manager worked with us. My service technician at Rescue One Air was ***********************. I was very impressed with him, and I will ask for him every time in the future. He was knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. I felt he was very honest. He even showed me how I could save money. He also saw my son and I struggling to move a piece of furniture, he stepped in to help unsolicited. He is a huge asset to your company.Rescue One Air

I am extremely grateful to *********************** and your team who helped my 85 year old mom replace her heating and air conditioners. Since I don't live in the area, I was concerned with finding a good reliable company and I am very impressed. ***** didn't put pressure on my mom and he took the time to explain options and equipment to her. She told me the insulation went very smoothly and the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were done. Having my mom at ease with this whole process made me very happy and put my mind at ease as well.
