They're just amazing. About a year ago they serviced our dryer after being sent by our home warranty. They were prompt, did a great job and made it a very easy process. It can be very hit or miss with the home warranty contractors, but we were very happy with Beyer. Fast-forward to a couple weeks ago. Our washing machine took a dump. Home warranty sent out a different company. Their online rating 1.7 out of 5 stars. Their service man was great, but it ended there and the rest of the experience was horrible. Fortunately we were able to get a second opinion through the home warranty and requested Beyer. They were at our house within a day. They did a complete evaluation, unlike the other clowns that had looked at our washer, and made their recommendations. Unfortunately the washer repair costs more than the machine itself so it looks like the home warranty is going to help pay for a new one. I'm glad we were connected with them a year ago and ecstatic that we were able to get them involved again. I have nothing but praise for their work and the great service and communication that they've provided us with. Thank you *****, ******* and all the other staff that work behind the scenes.

I was referred to Beyer by my home warranty company. I had a problem with my dryer. I still have a problem with my dryer. I think Beyer should come out and repair my dryer without charging me again. I think their fees are super high, and the part needed is just $25. I spoke with an *********, and I hope she changes her mind and does the repair for me. If I ever get referred to Beyer by my home warranty company, I will request another company immediately.Beyer Appliance Service Inc

Yes, this is correct. Claim was issued thru the customer's home warranty. This means they determine coverage's for their customer. The Home Warranty determined this "NOISE" is not covered. We supplied full report to the home warranty that although the unit is working and no components have actually failed the unit is making a noise. ************************** home warranty did not authorize approval for the repair due to not parts actually failing at this time. ********************** contacted our office and I offered to do a 3 way with the Home Warranty to get clarification and see if we can find a resolution, and their authorizations department and customer accepted. I had ********************** and **** at AHS on the line so we can see if this denial could get overturned. I asked the representative at AHS (home warranty) several times that we would like to get the issued resolved for ********************** and in order to do that we would need to replace a part to take care of the noise. The authorizations representative stated that this would not be covered and denial would stay in place. ********************** is asking us to replace a part that is not covered. I offered him an out of pocket quote for this part and he declined. He wants Beyer Appliance Service to pay,warranty part and do work for FREE. I advised he would be responsible for out of pocket repair if he wishes to move forward. It's not that its just a $25 part, this is time and labor for my technician to install the part, the gas to drive out to his home and warranty the repair thru our Company, so in the future if issues arise again with this part it would be warrantied for him thru Beyer Appliance. There is a cost to do the repair and he declined our offer. We have declined to do the work for free and have right of refusal to work with this customer.Review fromSusan E

Beyer Appliance Services came out to fix my dishwasher. They offered me different options and provided me with quotes on the repairs needed. The parts were ordered and arrived much faster than expected. Beyer came right back out to fix my machine before heading into the weekend. Thank you ******* and Fezz!Beyer Appliance Service Inc

3 stars***** fixed the refrigerator/ice maker. I was disappointed he left ice in a towel in the kitchen sink. When I went to pick it up ice went all over the floor. Being handicapped I had to get a neighbor to clean it up.Review fromGreg P
