Purchased a go kart for about $1,000 Christmas. Put about ***** hours on go kart. Go kart has a manufacturing defect. Warranty claim issued in January. Promised a number of solutions. Im still battling to get it rectified.Business response

On 5-3-21, we purchased a Coleman BK200 go cart at the cost of $2,948.71. After riding the go cart twice, we noticed an oil leak on the engine. 6-1) I contact Coleman, informing them of a defective engine. They stated that I needed to contact Coleman Powersports (CP) since they manufacture the item. 6-1) I emailed ********* requested VIN & address info which I sent to them, ****) Emailed CP asking for a status & did not receive a response. ****) called CP at ************ & was told they were looking for the parts but to take the go cart to the repair shop. Took go cart in on 7-1. Called CP on **** & **** & kept getting the same answer. Finally on ****, ******* called & stated she would be the person to contact at ************. Called her again on 8-2 & ****. Finally on **** she called back & stated that the parts were on her desk & being shipped out that day. Today, I checked to see if the parts had come in & was told the repair shop still hasn't received the parts. Still no results!!Business response
