In January 2023, I purchase a Elecric(battery) powered Coleman Golf cart from the local Sebring Lowells store for approximately $9000.00 It had a 2 year warranty. I tried to get warranty work performed and over months and months and unrealistic demands to take the item far away from where it was purchase to service place. Once I told representative I was disabled and did not have the means to travel that far with the Golf cart. The representative place a 5-7 day time limits to have work performed and case would be dropped

I purchased a Coleman golf cart from Lowes on 5/24/24. I noticed the piece of rubber that contents the top part of the windshield to the bottom was coming apart. I contacted Colemans customer service requesting a replacement windshield under the Coleman warranty. I was told by the representative that because I received a discount on the cart through Lowes that I am ineligible to use the warranty. I was also lied to when they told me they called the store and the store refused the warranty. Well little did they know I work at the ***** where I purchased the cart. Most warranties are held with the manufacturer, not the retailer selling the item. I am requesting Coleman to honor their warranty as Lowes paid them their full cost for the unit and the price I paid to Lowes has nothing to do with Coleman.

I bought a Coleman golf cart from Lowes in February 2023 for my mentally challenged brother, to travel to his workshop in our neighborhood. I filed a complaint with *************************** of Coleman on December 14, 2023, that the rear brakes did not work and the seatbelt was not working. He informed us, we would have to get the cart to their nearest certified repair person. A repair person representing Coleman picked my golf cart up in January, and I have not seen it since. I contacted Coleman on numerous occasions, Everyone I spoke with told me the same thing, that my case would be elevated to a supervisor, but after 5 months we have no definitive information about where my golf cart is or any status. The last person I spoke with told me , I couldn't get a refund and someone would contact me. I haven't been contacted by anyone to date.

Purchased from ******* your new Coleman golf cart one week ago. Drove it short distance twice, on second time front end shaking so bad thought wheels would come off. We only used battery life of one per cent in total driving time. Called warranty, stated since it was new return to store. We did return it, paying to initially have it delivered and returned. ******* told us they would pay our delivery and return expenses. At the store they refused to do this. Informed me Coleman would reimburse us. Contacted Coleman and they refused also. All we went through, no adjustment, just purchase another and pay all this extra again. Im on disability, its shame to treat customers this way. Whatever happened to customers come first? Very disappointing.

Bought a Coleman Golf Cart from Lowes in February 2023. The golf cart has stopped holding a charge on the battery and is under warranty. Started a case with Coleman Powersports in late February. They gave me a repair location to take the cart to. Have received no help whatsoever from them. Have made several phone calls with the same response being, that they will call us back. Not once have we gotten a phone return call. I paid $10,000 for the Coleman golf cart that is just sitting idle in in their recommended repair shop for nearly 2 months now. This is unacceptable. If the company can't resolve the problem, then they need to replace the golf cart or refund my money so I can buy from a reliable company. Everything on the golf cart works, it just won't move for more than 9 holes of golf. It used to last for 3 18 holes of golf. Coleman should stand behind their products and create a center that works on Coleman made products or close the doors. When you pay that much money for something you expect it to work, or at the very least, have someone to help you with the problem. Horrible customer service and failure to honor the warranty.

We bought a Coleman go cart in August of 2023 from ***. After a month of owning the unit we had to send it to a shop for repairs. It is still sitting there as of 16 April 2024. We have contacted Coleman for a refund or other avenues to rectify the situation. They have told us they will submit for a refund, then lied to us saying we never asked for one. Then they said I was lying and never asked for a refund. Additionally they said they would have a supervisor/manager call us to address the issue further. That has yet to happen. We then called again today and fought with our account person *****************************, warranty specialist who has on more than one occasion lied to my and my wifes face about the situation. I responded to his email with further email traffic showing that we have in fact requested a refund with no response. The practices of ****** are unacceptable, he refuses to transfer us to someone else or a supervisor to fix this situation. All we are seeking at this point is a refund for a faulty item.

We filed a warranty claim on a Coleman UT400 side by side, on January 8th, for overheating. We were given on January 16th the service center to take it to. On January 18th we dropped it off at ********** and garden, they were great to work with. They gave us updates, when we called or they called us. They told us about how the first case worker quit and they were in limbo. So we made contact with Coleman power sports warranty department again, they informed us they would reassign a case worker. We waited a week and the new case worker said they didn't have a diagnosis on the unit. Even though the previous case worker had the diagnosis and was in process of ordering a back ordered part. Starr Lawn and garden found a water temperature sensor through another source that would take only 10days not months to get. We contacted the case worker again after a week, she said *************** still hadn't contacted her. This happened for about 2 weeks, Starr lawn saying they sent the email and Coleman saying they hadn't contacted them. Finally a part got ordered and they installed it. On March 14th we we're told it was ready by ***************. So January 8th to March 14th it had been 66 days without a working side by side. The reason we are filing a complaint is because we are having the same issue and the same run around. On April 5th we got a new case started for over heating, and that they would call us on Monday with a resolution. Called today April 10th and they said the case worker is on vacation for a week and nothing... like all the work to a resolution will stop till the case worker returns. We need a resolution. There also seems to be a miss of communication about us liking Starr Lawn and Garden. We said because it took 66 days to resolve the side by side got ***** from sitting outside most of the time. Not Starr ****'s mistake if it had not taken so long.

Bought from Amazon, Coleman Powersports Store. Order number 112-0276561-4134623 First off if you follow the directions on installing the front fork you will be left with serious slop where the bolt passes through the neck to attach the fork. Directions stated: bolt, top tree, small washer, neck, large washer, bottom tree, large washer and nut in that order. If you follow that you will have to of play in the fork in the vertical direction. Seriously unsafe. Luckily I had steel spacers in my stash I was able to machine and install. Next the castle nut that attaches the chain sprocket to the jackshaft was only screwed onto 2 threads and not even close to being able to insert a ****** pin to ensure it did not come off. The reason for that is that the castle nut was not the correct thread pitch for the threads on the jackshaft. Again luckily I had another castle nut with the proper thread pitch. Also again, super dangerous. Once I had finished fixing these issues I installed the front wheel. I pushed it maybe 10 feet and noticed that the chain was binding. Upon inspecting the drive chain it was insanely tight, tight to the point that it was making the rear wheel drag. I inspected the chain adjusters and they were as tight as they would go. When the factory installed them they cranked them down to the point where I am now thinking that the chain has been stretched. When I prepared to loosen the rear axle to take tension off of the chain I noticed that the rear brake drum stay nut was not the proper size for the stay bolt. While it did have a ****** pin holding it on the nut itself was not even close to grabbing the threads and would rattle around. When I removed the ****** pin I was able to pull the nut straight off without having to use any tools. That is I did not have to unscrew it, just pull it towards me. It was at least 2mm larger than what it should have been. The drum could have easily become bound in the wheel housing and caused serious injury
