We paid for cabinets, counters, assembly & install on 8/6/22 and our project is still not complete. Its been 15 weeks and we did receive some of the kitchen cabinets that were installed wrong and have been dealing with trying to get the rest of them. We also have not received any of the bathroom cabinets. We can never get a hold of anyone nor will they call us back. I have reached out to the owner, the customer service person and the original sales person and there has been no resolution. They told us last Monday 10/10/22 that everything would be delivered Saturday 10/15/22 and install would be Monday 10/17/22. Nobody ever showed up Saturday or Monday. Now theyre promising the same for this Thursday but will not call back with any details. We have no sinks in our kitchen or bathrooms and had to setup a utility sink to clean up and do some dishes. There should be no reason to live this way.Business Response

Sanels Wholesale Cabinets has provided cabinetry and installation, however there are items that need replacement which have been ordered and are going to be rectified. Since this complaint was made, all but 1 bathroom cabinet has also been installed. This job is near completion.Customer Answer

We have been told on 2 previous occasions that cabinets were ordered, coming in from **********, and would be delivered and installed. We have no confidence that they will even show up this Thursday 11/3 to complete the job because they haven't been able to show up previously. (They don't really give excuses, they just keep pushing out any resolution)
The bathroom cabinets were installed ending 10/23 minus the one that is missing and on order. One bathroom is off center though.
The kitchen cabinets are approximately 75% complete with many items missing, damaged , or just wrong. We are still unable to utilize the kitchen or bathrooms.
This issue will NOT be considered resolved until *************/countertops are installed correctly within our kitchen, laundry room, and 3 bathrooms satisfactorily and with no damage.
We really want this resolved because we truly have no kitchen and 3 bathrooms that are not usable.

I ordered and paid for in Full fir cabinets in May 2022. Delivery was to be in June, the date came and went and zero communication. I called left several messages and emails with no response. Finally in August someone contacted me back, 2 months later, said delivery was to happen. My stuff was partially delivered, so I again called and emailed and spoke to 4 different people about my missing items. No one followed up, finally a lady by the name of ***** came to my home took inventory of what I was missing and said she would have me everything by the end of that week. And, nothing happened, I called and emailed and text with no communication. Then Id get texts back sometimes with that person not seeming to know anything about what was going on. So I went down there, was told my stuff was lost, didnt know where my stuff was, then another person said my stuff was at another location. So I said tell me where Ill go get it, then was told it was on a truck moving about the city. I paid over $6,000.00 and still dont have what I paid for. I just want what I paid for.Business Response

Our company has provided all goods and services to this customer, as well as we have offered free install which has since been completed with the remainder to be done after she installs the countertop.
The KD24 item on ******* order was backordered and caused a delay after the inspection. Everything has since been delivered and taken care of.

Ordered and fully paid for cabinets and countertops in March 2022. Cabinets were 3 months late , arrived damaged and still waiting on doors for them. Countertops are half complete and now they won't return calls or complete job that we paid for. Spent over 36k and now 6 months later and job still not complete and can't get a response from anyone. call them daily and can't make any headway. Horrible experience. I've asked to speak to management and always get brushed aside and they will Call back later. Their customer service has point blank hung up on me multiple times. The entire experience has been a complete nightmare, I have had to pay for repairs done due to their damage done during delivery, which i have pictures of and refused delivery due to damge. They assured me so.eone would come out and replace the damge. *** had to spend money modifying their mistakes in their design, and still my job is not complete 6 months later. First review I've ever left on BBB but these guys are so bad want to warn anyone that the experience will be horrible and they have at this point stolen from me. Buyers beware, they will push for the sale and you will be stuck without a finished job and out money and extremely upset.Initial Complaint

On April 7th, 2022 I ordered kitchen cabinets from ***** location & was told I would receive by end of May. Mid June, I contacted Sanels because no one contacted me. They said they could deliver the cabinets they had, but I would need to pay someone to modify a different cabinet to fit my farmers sink because they now could not get mine. I said no thank you and that I would wait for the correct cabinet. July 5th a get a call from a delivery driver stating he was dropping off my cabinets. I said no. No one called me to verify the order was correct and complete in its entirety. After any attempts I was able to get someone on the phone. They verified the ****** sink was in fact not the one I ordered. It was a modified cabinet and that they were still missing pieces from the order. I asked for a full refund. ****** the ** argued with me about it and said she will talk to accounting. on 7-6-22 I was told I would receive a full refund. it is now **** and after many calls I still do not have my refund. I spoke to ****** today (****) who said she doesn't know where their accounting ***** is located and I could not have their contact information because this issue was above her pay grade. she also said they have multiple owners but they have other businesses so I may or may not catch them if I come in. they owe me $3,534.33Initial Complaint

January 31st 2022 agreed to purchase kitchen cabinets from Sanels wholesale cabinets. They requested 30% deposit $7256.00 which I paid with personal check #****. At the time I was told the cabinets will be ready for delivery between March 14 & 18 and that I will receive a call from the office as we get closer to the date so that the remaining 70% is paid prior to delivery. On March 15 2022 we were told that the cabinets were ready for delivery and that we needed to make the remaining payment for them to deliver. On March 17 2022 went to the office & paid $16,930.00 using personal check # ****. We were told that our cabinets will be delivered on Monday March 21st between 12 & 4 pm. When no one showed up called the office & was told that it will be delivered the next day. Again n one showed up to deliver the cabinets. We called the *********** were told the driver had a flat tire and that it will be delivered the next day. March 23rd late afternoon we received some upper and some lower cabinets. When asked for the remaining cabinets we were told it was getting painted and that they will be delivered as soon as the paint cures and that it will take a few days. We noted the missing cabinets on the delivery confirmation form and requested that the remaining cabinet be delivered within 7 days. We informed the office to schedule Monday March 28 for them to come out to measure for our countertop. We received a call later in the afternoon & was told that it has been scheduled. When we called on Monday they gave us a telephone number to call the countertop contractor. We called their *********** were told that there was no work order submitted by Sanels and that they will not be able to come out until the following week. We had to be without kitchen and bathroom sinks for 6 weeks. We have been calling & texting with the owner's son Dino who keeps telling us tomorrow and we still do not have the correct cabinets we have paid for.Business Response

On February 21,2022 I bought kitchen cabinets. I was informed that the cabinets would be delivered to my home on the second week of March. That I would have to hire a contractor to install the cabinets and that they would come install the counter the day after the cabinets were installed. I was not informed that I had to hirer a plumber.After the second week of March I did not hear from them, so I called them and they gave me the run around by telling me I would get a call back After not hearing from them I continued calling.I finally received a callback from Dino the owners son. He informed me that they had not received my cabinets yet and her said he would give me a sink for the treatment that was given to me. I finally received a call that my cabinets were in and that I would be getting a call with a delivery date. Part of my cabinets were delivered on April 25 and the contractor came to install the following day but was not able to complete his job because parts were missing . On *** 24 I called Dino to ask for a status on the rest of the parts I needed to finish the cabinets and he did not answer but texted me asking if I had any questions and that the rest of the parts were in but that they didnt have anyone to deliver so I volunteered to pick them up. I picked them up on *** 27. The contractor was here yesterday June 7 but was not able to install because the 4 pullout shelves do not fit and the contractor said that sanel warehouse was responsible for installing the shelves. The crown molding I originally ordered was 3 inches wide and the had given me the 6 inch. The one they gave me on the 27 th of *** is the 3 inch. The contractor went to talk to them after we tried to contact them by phone. The contractor told me they Sanel is to come install the shelves and I have not heard from them.The countertop was installed on June 2. What can I do?Business Response
