    I saw a set of wheels on their website that I was very interested in. I sent a message via their quick chat asking if they had it in stock, but I did not get any response. I sent a message through their Instagram page, and I received a reply there stating that they have the wheels in stock and ready to ship. I placed my order, but I have not received any updates since. I sent an email inquiry, messaged their Instagram page, and called multiple times, but I never got a response. My order # is ****.

    Ordered an awning for my Jeep on 4/22. Description on website said would be arriving to my door 4/24-4/25 which is why I ordered from them. Item never arrived. Called 1 week later spoke to **** he said item should be arriving before the weeks end and I should be receiving a confirmation very soon. Fast forward 5/6 order still on pending details status on my shop app. Several calls and attempts to speak to anyone finally got ahold of **** again. We went back and forth. He then gave me the same it should be arriving to our warehouse in a couple days line. Same line he gave me the past 3 times. I asked him to just stop giving me the run around and give me the eta for the item. I expressed my frustration. He hung up the phone. I think 2 weeks of waiting for an exact date or at the very least an approximate date for an item to arrive is warranted. I do not know the logistics of why the item has not arrived or why I cant get an approximate date for delivery. Frankly thats not my concern. A date was provided on their website for delivery and 10 days later the item has yet to be delivered. And to hang up on a customer just shows how in professional this company is. All I can do is never purchase from them again and spread the word to my overlanding community not to use this website. Again unprofessional, horrible customer service, unknown delivery date despite 2 weeks of waiting.
