      I went into the Circle K to purchase tobacco products. I waited in line and once I got up to the register and asked for what I wanted he sharply told me no and accused me of trying to buy the tobacco for another customer. There is video footage outside the store and inside the store that will prove on 02/14/2025 at approximately 7:30-:740 PM I did not speak with anyone else. I have been to this store many times and bought this same product with no issues. I was extremely embarrassed and shocked at the accusation. Especially considering what I was accused of is illegal!

      I went to the Circle K store to get cash back and some drinks. I asked if giving cash back and they said no like normal. Not big deal. Went to the in store ATM and got cash. Grabbed my drinks. Went to checkout. Asked if they could break the 20s I just got. They said no. I asked if I paid with cash if they could give back certain bills. Said no again because its holiday season. I asked what is the difference. They said because there is no one to go to the bank. Its a Saturday by the way. No one can go to the bank in the afternoon anyway. So I debated buying items for less than a dollar to get the change I needed. Decided against it as it was too big of a deal for them to make my life more convenient. As a convenience store I thought I would have no issues getting two 20 dollar bills split. They were very rude and werent willing to help at all. Ive been going to this store for years. Today was the last time Ill be visiting.

      The Circle K thats located on ********* and Van ***** So in ******* beer ends at 2 AM to buy alcohol and I was standing out the window for 20 minutes knocking on the window calling the phone she answered and an employee *** go to the window she never did then it became 202 now I cannot purchase alcohol now this is what they have me messed up at because Ive been sitting here for 1520 minutes and you want to come to the window when you want to the store is so inconvenient. The doors are always locked. They make up their own rules their own hours like theyll shut down the middle day just because they want to shut down A syringe fell down in somebodys cup from the ice machine. The store is way out of penalties. They decide when the hours of when you can stop loading your chime card because they just dont wanna do it.

      I was refused service by the cashier due to my service dog (whom was in a red harness and red service dog leash)

      I am a concerned customer that can no longer walk into this store . The fact that we live in ******* and for about a month already walking into my everyday circle day. There is absolutely no reason why the ac isnt fixed for the employees. For a large store portal small ac units does not do the trick . I myself can no longer stand to be in that store. Ive seen the employee sweating excessively, sad, looking helpless. As a human we fill for each other ! No one working a multibillion corporation should have there employees working in a large store in 95 degree weather. Someone of those workers are about 50 years old trying to make ends meet at home and suffering at work due to the heat. Heat leads to health issues ! Heat exhaustion leads to strokes and also death! Employees are what make the company going ! Please send help before someone looses there life just to be able to pay there bills and support there familys. It shouldnt take a company over a month to get a ac tech to service the ac. Or just because they didnt make budge they shouldnt make enjoy suffer please send help !

      Circle K claims to be a 24-hour business but after multiple attempts over the past few weeks of trying to make a purchase at several separate locations in between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. I have found they are in fact not open 24 hours.This is not only a one store issue, this happens all across the ******************** area in *******.

      I paid for my gas and items as I left store waited to pump gas. It was never turned on after I payed I went back inside and cashier started yelling and using profanity telling me I stole from store. I explained I payed for my items and she didn't say anything to me about supposed stealing. ******* continued to curse saying to get the f*** out of here and if i didn't she was going to f*** me up. I told her I payed for my gas and items and I would file a complaint. ******* stated she didn't give a f*** I was embarrassed and humiliated and she kept my money.

      I live 1 block from the circle K in ********* **. On Sunday Dec 9th I went to circle k at 230pm and bought 50 dollars worth of gift cards (2 25 dollar ones) a bottle of water and received 20 bucks in cash back. The ring up was very odd. The first attempt both gift cards wouldn't ring up. The women working went and got a new one, rang it up and it seemed to work but took a very long time to process and complete. I got the cash back because I was on my way to the car wash. When I got home, I tried the gift cards because I had a feeling something wasn't right. Neither gift card had money on them. It just read invalid. I drove back up there, spoke to the man working, and left my info and both gift cards. I was told the store manager would call me. I went up there Monday evening since I didn't get a call and the man working called the store manager. She asked for me to come in the next day and she would "try" to help me. I was kind of offended. I am a customer and I don't work for **********************. This is apparently an issue only she can solve and she can't be bothered to help unless I fall into the lap again for a 4th time? I told the man working I expect a phone call. I'm sure that made her mad because when she called the next day she had zero interest in helping me. She said she reviewed the tape and her system says I was charged for the ***** so I can come get the cards and call the company of the cards. I told her no, they aren't valid and I want a refund back. I went back up there 45 min after I purchased them the second I realized there was an issue. She continues to be rude and make several statements as if I am lying about it UNTIL I said I would call corporate. It isnt my job to chase down my money when the issue occurred at her store on her register.

      On February 5, 2024, the Circle K at ******************************************************************** refused to scan a barcode for a Circle K coupon, refused to provide any reason, and verbally accosted me (yelling "NO MA'AM!" over and over) until I left. This was a Circle K promotion with ******** Tuesday. I called ******** and they confirmed that this location was, in fact, a participating location and there was no reason for him not to accept the coupon (it was for a free 20-ounce Pepsi product). I asked if their computer or scanner was down, if there was some explanation, if there was another location where I could go instead but the man (appearing to be the only employee at the time) just kept yelling at me aggressively. It has since come to my attention that they also refuse to accept all coupons from cigarette manufacturers, without providing any reasoning for that either. I believe they are engaged in unlawful behavior. I believe they are reselling beverages and cigarettes without the proper licensing--why else would they refuse a coupon? It was the last day of the promotion and this is the only Circle K in my area, so I was unable to make use of it.

      Listen, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS SO HARD for the 3 following stores to order Copenhagen Mint Long Cut. EVERY WEEK THESE same 3 stores are out of it. It is frustraing and ridiculous. This has been going on for 3 months!! They are located in ***********, ** and **************** SC. The 2 in *********** are on *********** RD and this is the address for **************** location **************************************. This is every **** week. Order more it is not that hard!
