      There is a young ******** girl ***** hair and a tattoo on her neck very rude and unprofessional. Makes us use self-checkout. Which is ok if your systems scans correctly. But cause she had to help me. She told me can't you see im busy. I told her you serious this your job. That doesn't mean s*** Cause she was texting on her phone. Then today I go in abs she was rude in the parking lot then taking her plate someone dropped off to eat behind the register. While someone else does all the work. I'm calling the health department to see if this is correct cause working in retail myself i know it's a violation. I'm also sending an email to ceo of the company. How can circle k allow such unprofessionalism and rudeness to the customers. I'm also reporting this to the ****** I want the regional manager to call me.

      Hello. Upon trying to return an item april 10th 2023 at approximately 2pm , ***** at ******************************************************************************* location became aggressive and inappropriate. She denied my return even when offered proof of purchase for a carton of cigarettes we had just purchased. She then denied an exchanged for the correct carton. Mind you the box was not open and had just been purchased. The cigarettes were not the correct kind that we requested and we hadnt noticed until we walked out of the store. She became enraged and confrontational. She started yelling and went around the counter and got breast to breast with my husband and yelling in his face to get the **** out of the store and she wasn't going to listen to anything else we had to say. I saw this and walked up to her and told her she needed to step back and not physically touch my husband or yell at us or cuss or speak to us in that type of way that he was just trying to get what he actually asked for and paid for. She said it was our fault that we walked out with the wrong carton and not hers for not giving us the carton we asked for. She continued to yell and be baligerant, even going as far as following us screaming and calling both I and my husband curse words and for some reason telling me i needed to get a f****** job even tho we were clearly getting into our business truck. It was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. She threatened to have the police come to arrest us even tho she came from around the counter and physically assaulted my husband and I in front of the cameras, other customers and my eleven year old child. She scared my daughter so much she cried, and peed her pants. Even in the way home she continued ceying about the situation. We do not appreciate this type of treatment, as a long time customer and large business owner that frequents this store, this is not how an employee treats a customer that had a simple question and complaint about service.

      Hello. Tried to get gas at location ********************************************************* on May 11, 2023 at 11:20am mst.. I parked at pump 6, walked into circle k store cashier and handed her $35.00 cash. **** she said her name. I walked out to pump 6 and attempted to pump my gas. I picked up the gasoline nozzle. I pressed the unleaded button. I put the nozzle into my gas tank opening and attempted to pump gas. No gas came out. I tried several times and still no gas came out. I hung the nozzle back up. I walked back into the circle. K. And walked up to the cashier who was still a cashier named ****. I told her the pump did not work on pump six. No gas came out.I asked to be switched over to pump four so that I can pump my $35 of gas. She quickly became agitated at me and told me I pumped $6 of my $30 and she would not give me any money back. I attempted several times to explain to her. No gas came out. She did nothing but argue and shout at me. She would not give me a receipt. I left the location. She claimed that she was also the so called manager ******** as I asked for the **** I would appreciate some assistance in rectifying this matter. This was not right. I did not get gas. I was robbed of my $35 without any recourse to take. I need help.

      On Sunday 5/28/23, I was in the store at Price and ***********. A Employee named ******, female refused to sell me ***** vaper cartridges. She stated she felt I was buying them for my adult son ***************************** the store, and she denied his sale because he had a small crack in his ** identification card. He has purchased this product many times before from this location. I went into the store to purchase Juuls with my Identification. She refused to sell them, because she saw ** standing by the gas pump, and said you are purchasing them for him. I questioned her about why? She did not take my ID, and stated she would be fired she said if she sold them to me. Stating, they are not for you? I told her, I am legally able to purchase this product. She was rude and belligerent during this time and seemed to smirk as I asked for a Supervisor. She told me she was the Manager. My son is 30 years old, I am his Mother. I can not believe her reaction to this. I am 60 years old.. I repeated I told her I wanted to purchase these for myself. . She stated she knew I was purchasing these for someone else and would not sell them to me. She repeated to me that her job would be threatened if she sold them to me. I am so outraged by her behavior and can not believe she would only state as explanation, without scanning my Drivers License, the she could lose her job. I told her again, I want to buy this product, and will sign a waiver. She refused again. This is my closest store and I frequent it very often. My sons ** is valid and he is legally able to purchase tobacco. But she would not even look at my Drivers License for validation. I am mad and concerned by ******* attitude and behavior at this location. I do not feel welcome there now. and am wondering if there may be further recourse for me to take. Thank you.

      The lady at the corner store, black lady with crazy long nails, her hair was orange, now it's red.... she REFUSES TO SELL TO ME on absolutely NO BASIS. She's costing you mad money. Best to get rid of her. I have videos of me walking into the store and her refusing to sell to me BEFORE I pick anything up. THEN she kicked me out and locked the door, THEN when she thought I'd LEFT she opened the door to the other customers. And I have another where she thinks I already left and she's letting other customers in.... I'll share that publicly if I don't hear anything back from you.       Oct 29, 2022 I went into the Circle K on **** ********* to redeem a slice of free pizza I won on the Toss football game.. The Manager ******** **** and another cashier were talking about how they 'CAN NO LONGER SELL FROZEN PIZZAS' to customers because customers were not baking them correctly and sueing CIRCLE K, so they were saying, it made no sense. I asked prior to hearing this if they were making any more pizzas? The one cashier said no and **** said sure we can it would be 7 minutes... I said okay? That seemed awful quick but I guess they bake each slice separately, I don't know. ******* brought me a slice of cheeseburger pizza in a box.. 7 minutes again seemed awfully short to cook a pizza. However, I paid with my points I redeemed on Circle K toss game and left... I took 2 bites as I was getting on the highway 270 and OMG. I immediately then knew it was RAW, RAW, RAW as it could be. Did they do this because they were discussing this prior? I pulled over on the highway throwing up, I have been throwing up since... I've called people through Corporate and called Ms* ******** ***** ***** ******** senfing e-mails, texts and calls and I have heard nothing. I've been ignored. I'm sick as can be, If I go to the ER I have to pay the first $120.00. October 28, 2022 I have several photos of the RAW, RAW PIZZA. How can they sell me RAW FOOD MAKING ME SO SICK. I have Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain & dizziness. I've been exposed to raw BACTERIA. It's been 3 days now all I can keep down is broth.        I stopped to get the pizza slice as I have Low Blood Sugar and needed food immediately. I got sick the day of October 27, 2022 when I took 2 bytes as I could taste that the pizza bytes I took were RAW, RAW, RAW. I looked in the Circle K pizza box and could not believe how RAW the pizza was.... Why didn't the Manager ******* check to make sure it was done before he brought me the slice in Circle K's box? Obviously did not care....   I got really sick 2 days later when I was dizzy, throwing up uncontrollably and have  had stomach cramps since. I do not think I will ever be able to LOOK at any pizza (NEVER WILL I GET CIRCLE K FOOD AGAIN)  again much less eat a slice...People that work at Circle K even said on Facebook they  would not order the pizza, I read this from a post on  November 1, 2022.

      Bottom line I was given Raw food, a slice of  pizza by the manager himself ******* in a box from Circle K. I've been sick since.

      While traveling west from Marietta Ga ... we filled up our new 2020 Dodge Ram pick up at the Circle K on * ** ****** ** ***** ***** ** at 8.6 am on Sunday Aug 7 2022 We pulled out of that station onto the highway and 1/2 mile away from that gas station our truck bogged out. Stranded we called our tow and placed truck at Billion Automotive 5 miles down the road. Contacted gas station and ask to get Mgr to call back. Rented a uhaul and continued to our destination. Monday morning we got a full report from Billion Automotive that the gas in our vehicle was tainted with water. Full Flush and a bill of 1188.76. Saved a sample of the gas with the water for us. Contacted the gas station again .. no reply. Picked up truck paid bill dropped up uhaul paid bill .. contacted Circle K corporate NO ONE WILL Talk to us. Spoke to local news station ran a story still no one will address the situation Researched a customer service number called filed a report and the following week received a denial letter because no one else had complained that day. Sioux Falls had 6 inches of rain about 1 hour before we gassed up ... it was early... I called station to get them to stop the pump... I have a written statement from the dealership... I have gas receipt.. I traveled 1300 miles and no problem until we used that gas. I have since went on the air again with Keloland news and a tank worker has come forth with info on the bad leaky tanks Circle K will not talk to me no one will take our calls please help. Simply very poor customer service.. Customers should be able to contact and be heard .. not every thing is cut and dry.

      On August 24, 2022 my husband and i went to pump gas at Circle K located on 10840 Dyer El Paso Tx. And we did, the pumps were getting the yellow bags taken off because there was no gas earlier that morning. We pump 20.13 cents, on pump #10. Not half a mile down the street the truck started to stall, thinking that was out of character we looked at each other with a question on our faces. We continue to drive about 2 miles down and on the first stop me made the truck stopped and died, my husband and I pushed the truck out of the road and tried to start it a couple of times, being a mechanic he noticed it's sounded as if it didnt have any gasoline, he checked for pressure and it was fine, but did notice it had no strong smell. We had too tow the truck home and we are loosing money because we can not use the truck. I have put a complaint in person and bu phone, we just need my truck running again. Thank you

      Two times I've won on there game 30cents off gas and 25 off go inside as app says to prepay for gas they scan barcode receipt says it rang up cents off go to pump gas and it doesn't take it off at pump employees can't do anything about it. So i lost $20

      I went into Circle K on June 17th at about 8:00am. I purchased a breakfast sandwich from their fridge to heat up at work. I heated it up and upon eating half of the sandwich I realized that it was moldy. I've reached out via email on 3 different times, with no response I reached out on Facebook about 3 times as well and I've heard nothing back.
