  I ordered Pregnenoline tablets and after a month of taking them my blood work showed a very low level of preg. My doctor stated that 'it looks like your supplement is not working'. I messaged Nootropics Depot and they refused to refund my money even after procing their 'supplement' is fake.

We reviewed your specific issue, and our customer service manager refunded you, so that is taken care of.We want to explain the biochemistry and science a bit, which should help you in your future discussions with your doctor. Our 5mg pregnenolone supplement is intentionally formulated as a low-dose option, designed to gently support overall hormonal health rather than dramatically increase blood pregnenolone levels. When taken orally,pregnenolone has a short half-life (approximately 40 minutes) and is quickly converted into downstream hormones rather than accumulating in the bloodstream.Unless you are doing your blood testing within the 40 minutes of taking our pregnenolone, direct blood testing is not going to accurately show these increases. This is why blood tests often show low pregnenolone levels despite supplementation. It doesn't mean the product isn't working, rather, the pregnenolone is likely being efficiently converted into other beneficial hormones in your body.   A relative of mine who was living with me and using my email address purchased supplements from Nootropics Depot approx. one year ago. The *** of Nootropics Depot is ********************* AKA MisterYouAreSoDumb on Reddit. My relative approached him online on Reddit at some point this year to discuss the purchase and gave him his order number. **************** then realized he had this Redditors real name and address so he took advantage of his position and dug into the ****** history of my relative. He found an old police report in which my relative was only 18 and found found guilty but the online info is still damaging. So this morally bankrupt business owner **************** misused his position as *** to maliciously publicize my relative's full name, address and his arrest report on Reddit, both publicly and in private chat messages. This action of **************** has caused me as well as my relative immense stress and anxiety. In addition, my relative has now gotten death threats which include going to his address, which they now have THANKS TO ****************. My relative is getting harrassed nonstop THANKS TO ****************, and now he is afraid for his life. These people also said, "I hope your mother dies of cancer" and other malicious, ugly, threatening statements. NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE OCCURRED IF IT WAS NOT FOR **************** unscrupulously digging into a customer's order and finding/revealing his customer's name. I am extremely upset and have been on the phone with attorneys all day. There is one post in particular that is posted publicly that I have reported to Reddit but they have not taken it down, so at THE VERY LEAST Take the post down on Reddit where you call out the arrest. But I want this complaint also to act as a CEASE AND DESIST the defamation and slander, whether in private chat, message, a post, comment or otherwise written or spoken of the Redditor whose name can be provided separately from this complant.
