  ANOTHER LAWSUIT just might be coming their way. The owner of Nootropics Depot is the most UNETHICAL morally bankrupt business owner I have ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with and never again! The owner childishly took my email address and looked up my name from an order I placed with him, and googled up an old police report (that I was not found guilty of, it was total BS) and told all his keyboard warrior buddies about it on reddit. If I had never bought anything from him, I would not have had vicious rumors spread online. How can you trust this man at all if he is willing to get your name from an order just to dig up old misinformation and spread gossip on social media? It is reminiscent of high school. I just cannot believe that a married, grown man with a small child would do something so malicious and immature.

  This company is legit and has a real person dealing with customer service. I love the passion and care they take to be human in their interactions with customers. ???? #RealCustomerService Of course, you can't return an opened bottle of expensive vitamins and expect a refund. Time, money, and effort went into making it, and once opened, it can't be resold. ???? #OpenedProducts People are used to cheap corporate products that cost nothing to replace because they charge $50 for something that costs $3 to make. ????? #CheapProducts Real products take time and money to produce. ????? #QualityProducts People should be more responsible for their purchases and realize that not everything works for everyone; it's always a risk. ?? #PersonalResponsibility If a product doesn't arrive, is damaged, or spoiled, that's a different story, but most of these negative comments are ridiculous. ?? #RidiculousComplaints

  This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I purchased something and of course had to open it to try it . . . it didn't work for me . . . and in fact it was so bad I thought I was getting poisoned. Oh well, when I looked at their site to talk about exchange or return . . . that was a no. I bought it and now I was stuck . . . for a cost of $70. I'm so unimpressed with this company I can't even tell you!

  The owner and this company's affiliates are moderators of the "Nootropics" page on Reddit. One of, if not, the biggest community of nootropics consumers on ther internet. This means that messages and information get filtered and deleted according to the company owner's preference. This company has a cult like following. They also do ShareAsale program which means that ******* and content creators will advertise their products and shill their products for a comission. Here is proof. https://www.shareasale.com/shareasale.cfm?merchantID=65442 All of the true nootropics such as racetams,adrafinil, and much more have been wiped from their website over the past 2-3 years. While the owner and his team promoted them while they had free reign over selling them. Everything became very quiet once the *** did a crackdown on them and at the same type they are avoidant of questions that regards this. Instead they are now heavily promoting herbal dietary supplements such as Tongkat *** products and Bacopa products. It can safely be assumed that this company is not a true nootropics company but more of a dietary supplement shop like a Vitamin Shoppe without muscle-building products.Also the owner and his crew are moderators of reddit pages regarding modafinil and other types of drugs. The owner goes by the username MisterYouAreSoDumb and there is no information on him. There is No face, No name and No identity what so ever. MisterYouAreSoDumb spend an unusual amount of time on reddit's Nootropic Page as a businses owner which means that he looks at that page as profit incentive and it proves to be conflicting towards educational purposes and safety for the consumers. All in all, I am surprised a platform like reddit does not regulate that page more and the *** does not fine and shut down NootropicsDepot.

  Class action lawsuit. These supplements nearly killed my friend. His platelets are too low and he's still not out of the *****. The hospital tested these supplements and nothing is in accordance to the label. There's class action lawsuits against this company and the hospital told us about them. DO NOT RISK IT!!!
