      THEY TOOK $27K IN ESCROW FUNDS AND CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! Fulton Homes are about as crooked as they come. During the 15 months it took to build my home I went on 100% permanent and total disability with the VA due to extreme and quickly degrading health issues. Due to my health conditions I couldn't work so I inquired about possible remedies, trying to give them a chance to resell the home 6 months before it was completed (which they did). THEY CANCELLED my contract because I asked a simple question and refused to give my escrow funds back. I had conversations all the way up to the President of the company (who never replied, then blocked my e-mail). I was professional but firm in my correspondence and they took a bullying tone throughout the process. The fact that they would s**** over consumers, especially one who is 100% disabled due to 20 years of military service is appalling. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN! Best of luck getting a home built, just do it with another company that won't take advantage of you!

      I was lied to by the Fulton realtor time and time again. The main lie was no multilevel homes in the middle of our subdivision. On their website loft homes are considered multilevel. I specifically told the two realtors I did not want to be next door to a multilevel house. I was told there would not be a two story house next door. After purchase, they built a multilevel (loft) house next door that has windows that look directly down into my bedroom, bathroom, office, dining room, great room and back yard!

      We purchased our home in ********* and closed in April 2022 after a 15 month build time. We are coming up on our 1 year anniversary and so far we have had no major issues. The items we have had issues with they have addressed pretty quickly. Some of the subcontractors have been slower than others but overall I love my house and neighborhood.

      Poor quality workmanship, poor communication, and a don't give a c*** about the customer attitude, if that is what you want in a home builder Fulton is for you. Buying a home should be an exciting enjoyable experience, If you want a positive experience and a quality home, find another builder. If you want someone to take your money and treat you like ****, Fulton is for you.If you are experiencing problems with your Fulton home, file a complaint with the *************************** https://******.gov/file-complaint . Licensed contractors in ** are required by law to meet certain minimum standards, if they do not address issues they face fines and potential loss of their license. This is the only way to motivate shoddy contractors who don't really care. They currently have 6 complaints, let's see if we can get that to around 100+ then they may start listening to customers. You have upto 2 years to file. I can tell you from experience they will lie, misrepresent and deceive. In return you will get excuses and a quit bothering me attitude. Fulton homes does not manage their sub contractors and as a result you will get poor quality workmanship. Don't bother emailing the owner, he does not have the professionalism to acknowledge an email, customers who pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for a home are just a bother and not worth his time.Delay after delay, houses that were dirt lots when ours was framed are now finished while we wait for our home to be done. They cannot manage subs, that is why you will see so many low reviews on this site, you will never get any of your issues addressed because they do not manage their subs and quite frankly they don't care. If you can't get support during the build process forget about getting support after they have your money. Fulton Homes is a mess, they lost focus on the customer a once solid company is in shambles. Go with *****************************. They care about customers.

      I was led to believe that an initial deposit of $5,000 dollars was the ******* money required at first then afterwards another $7,500 was going to be part of the down payment and the rest of the down payment would be applied when my home sold since they partnered with our realtor, but when I canceled due to higher interest rates and lower home price sales I was told that they were keeping all my $12,500 that my wife and I had given them so far.

      Oh where to even start. We purchased our home when covid 1st hit so there were a few bumps in the road but nothing that was not understandable. After many obstacles we got into the home and where the real problem started is at the year end ****. We moved in October of 2020. We did our year end inspection in October of 2021 and we still have only maybe a quarter of our repairs done at our home. There have been many mistakes along the way such as Installing the wrong colored grout 3 different times, and apparently there is a bad batch of grout also, so now I have to have my entire home disturbed and have movers because they have to clean , ****** and seal the grout throughout my entire home, and it is all tile. There have been many no call no shows from contractors which I know the builder can't help but they do not follow up or have any communication as to when things will be rescheduled unless you reach out to them. Be prepared to reach out to them all the time. Our service guy pretty much acts like you are crazy or too picky to fix numerous things. He has also made several rude comments to me in my own home. For example I was trying to point out to him a spot around my door k*** that has no paint, I said it drives me crazy. He said why don't you make me a list of things that don't drive you crazy and maybe that list will be shorter. It's crazy how he never seems to make comments like that to my husband though. Expect usually a week for someone to return an email, at least. Six months after our year end inspection and we have barely scratched the surface. This process has been h*** They blame a lot on covid still for things that covid has not even affected. We had water damage in our sons bathroom from the shower glass not being sealed properly. They eventually fixed the seal but left the corner tore apart for about a year now. So over this whole thing and this company. Most of my neighbors are very unhappy too!

      It's been one year one month since we signed the contract for Fulton Homes in ****** station. There is no progress, seems they completed 30% of work and they don't know when it will complete. It's very hard to stay and see when we get our house.

      I moved into a Fulton Home at ********* ******** Commons in August 2021 and I am still experiencing issues with getting workmanship and material deficiencies resolved. First, when I moved in I had no appliances and my back yard floods when it rains. I am sure when the next big rain comes, it will flood again. Trash pad was installed incorrectly, grout stains on baseboards throughout the house, and other workmanship issues too numerous to wrap my head around. My kitchen faucet has not produced hot water since move in. I am very disappointed in Fulton and the lack of customer service I have received trying to resolve the issues.
