The park I made the mistake of purchasing a trailer is the worst place I've ever lived. They have a rat infestation that has not been addressed completely and a cockroach problem that just moves from trailer to trailer as one tenant sprays then moves back . I currently spend over ***** a month on bug killer and rat poison. No one follows the lease , most don't have one because then the management would have to follow it and see that everyone else lived by it We aren't suppose to have more than 2 pets per trailer but the average is 3or 4 all supposed service animals without the necessary documentation or training. When I offered the office copies of my documentation for my dog, they wouldn't take it and just said they put all animals down as service dogs. My dog is highly trained, very intelligent, and not a pet. It took me a year of waiting to get him and it makes me very angry when someone trivializes what he is and does. I'm in a wheelchair and can't leave my house. The only accommodation I have asked for is to have my bagged trash taken from my porch to the dumpster and disposed of because I can' get to the dumpster nor can I get the trash in it if I could. I would NEVER recommend this place to Any one. Here you can't have grass , no trees, no fences so your dog can have a small square of dirt to potty on and a whole host of other things that make no sense. This place as of 10/01 will have a monthly rent just short of ****** a month. I'm getting out , this is not the good place I had been promised by management for my older years
