  I am always impressed with the professionalism of Intelligent Design staff. They quickly identified the problem and kept me informed of potential causes and solutions including cost implications. I maintain a service contract with them to expedite responses to future maintenance and repair issues. I like the fact that I can have everything under one roof - electric, solar, plumbing, roof, and HVAC.

  Gregory was dispatched to do an electrical inspection. He was polite and knowledgeable and a true gentleman. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he was very through. Great employee!

  I remain a very pleased customer of ********************************************* for over 10 years now. I recently had a variable speed gas split system and solar unit installed to replace my failing A/C unit. I couldn't be happier with the unit, install and service. I also had my ventilation system checked for leaks then sealed. My only regret is that I wish I had done this sooner. Leaks were found and sealed which saved me $$$ on energy costs. For allergies, I opted to add an air ranger filtration system for my family and this has greatly reduce our allergy symptoms. I have found the staff at Intelligent Design to be professional and respectful. I would recommend Intelligent Design's services to everyone.

  I would like to say a huge thank you to ***************************** and *** for working so hard to help me get financed for a new HVac system. ***** was very prompt and extremely responsive to any questions I had about the situation. ***** gave me all the pricing for either a bandage fix or a new system we chose to go with the new system because ***** is very Invested in treating his customers right and he knows what he is talking about and explains it in detail. I would like to thank *** for taking the time to get us financed And doing what she had to do get us where we are . And I would like to thank ***** and the installation team in advance for coming out on a Saturday to get the unit installed again thank you intelligent design for taking care of me and helping me get my new hvac unit put in very fast I cant thank you enough. overall, I have to say intelligent design is the best AC company in ******, ******* to work with and I will definitely pass on information about intelligent design to anybody in need of a new system.

  ***** with Intelligent Design worked on our furnace. He was prompt and called ahead just to make sure we were still available. Very polite gentleman who knows his stuff. Did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Went out of his way to explain what he did and made sure we understood. Will definitely use them again!!!Cleaned our furnace motor and installed an electrostatic filter. We are very pleased.

  Awesome Company, Fantastic Team Every aspect of working with Intelligent Design has been fantastic! I've now completed two projects with them---a mini-split in the bedroom and a custom fan installation---and if another need arises in the future, I will immediately return to them. ************************* gave me my initial bid. He was prompt, super friendly, great at explaining concepts and guiding me towards a system that would work best for me. Throughout the entire process, **** has been my primary contact: taking care of condo approval forms, scheduling, answering questions. He responds quickly and does what he says he will do. In general, I feel that Intelligent Design has found the perfect balance with communication: I never felt bombarded, but always felt that I was kept in-the-loop with how things were progressing. From scheduling to reminders to billing, their processes are well-established and excellent. And then there is the dynamic duo of **** and **, the installation team! Wow---from the very first moment, I had confidence that I was in highly-qualified and highly-experienced hands. They came out for a pre-installation meeting to make sure I understood what would be done, make final decisions, and assure they'd have everything needed on installation day. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional throughout---even when they ran into crazy stuff that seems to be inevitable with structures built in ****. They lay down a gigantic tarp (drilling through walls and ceilings is messy!) and they have a super-powerful vacuum to clean up at the end. Their in-house electrician (*******) instilled the same high level of confidence in me, and did great work. I had gotten numerous bids, so I knew the prices were fair. And seeing the work that went into my jobs (especially dealing with the eccentricities of a very old building) I was left feeling that I got *way* more than my money's worth. I am sooooo enjoying this new comfort in my home!

  ***************************** and *********************** arrived at my home [on time] to assist me with an electrical problem and to conduct an electrical inspection. They were very knowledgeable and checked throughout my house, finding a problem and correcting it. They took the time to explain everything to me with kindness and in a thorough manner. Excellent service !!! { a 10 out of 10 } Thank you, ***************************** .

  ***** from Intelligent Design installed a new hot water heater for us. He was very personable and deligent in his work. He answered all our questions and finished the work like the craftsman he is. Only negative is the up sell of products and warranties.
