    ************* from Intelligent Design just left the house after installing a new air conditioning and heating system. It is cooling the house nicely. Intelligent Design has the best customer service and the two technicians that installed my system were the best. They both had great communication skills, were very personable and knowledgeable of their craft, and left my home and yard spotless. I really can't give them enough praise. **** the salesperson who I initially met with and who did the intensive testing on my home sold me on their equipment and instillation process. During my meeting with ****, he was able to show me how Intelligent Design were far superior to all their competitors that I had already interviewed. The whole team hit the ball out of the park. Working with the Intelligent team took a stressful situation and made it pleasant. I am so pleased that I chose Intelligent Design. My advice would be not to wait till your current system breaks down in the middle of triple digit temperatures.

    Despite a minor misunderstanding on the day of work, things got sorted out. The two techs we had were outstanding: they worked tirelessly and did a thorough, professional job of sealing ducts and the return air plenum. We look forward to cooler, more even temps and a lower electric ****!
