  If I could give it a zero star I would !This is the worst shop in ****** they rig the vehicle to make you come out of pocket. To my understanding I only had an issue with brakes they ended up messing up more issues in my vehicle causing my vehicle to over heat and my suspension was messed up in the front! Do not go here there always new mechanics with little experience!!!

  This place is not honest at all I was given a quote to replace my timing chain on vehicle2500$ it was negotiated that was Sunday 1/26/25 they told me Monday I would get a call explaining the process. Monday 1/27/25 no call I called and no shop manager available Tuesday 1/28/25 the guy I spoke to on Monday said the first ****** I talked to was not available and they didnt have time to check it because it was late and the rate they had given me was wrong it was now 3300 dollars plus shop fees and taxes Tuesday comes around and shop manager didnt call so I called again and said they had the parts in and will be staring on Tuesday since it was a 10 hour job it would be ready Wednesday afternoon if not Thursday morning called the shop on Wednesday and left my name and message to call me back no call or text I waited and called at 4:30 pm on Wednesday and was told they had good progress and they were almost done so for sure Thursday morning I would revive a call to pick up vehicle Thursday 1/29/25 I call and find out my truck has been transferred to the shop on prince since they do all the heavy internal mechanical work there I call prince location and leave a message to get a call back and no call no txt Friday afternoon I stop in at the shop on prince and I am told told that nothing has been done to the truck and is parked behind their building and shop manager says he will get to it on Monday mind you I am in a rental extending my rental because they are lying to me all this time at no time did the shop manager walk up and explain nothing at all

  The only thing that I can say is we had a bad week with people sick, extremely sick. I am happy you live in a perfect world!

  I saw that they used Snap Finance and I have used this service several times. I went in and had repairs done on my car. Now, I wasn't aware there was a minimum. I was told that because my repairs had not hit the amount needed to finance, they would charge the full 300 and when I needed more done, they would apply the credit for the next time. Not long after I had totaled the car. So fast foward a year later I reccieved and email stationg to bring the wrecked car in for a check up. So 3/3/24 I stopped in and talked to ***** and he said he saw that there was a credit. But he needed to clear it with the owner. And to call next day. So instead, I called on 3/7/24 and ***** said yes, the owner is here let me put him on the phone. Owner then began to say well where is the car that was fixed originally and began to run down the list of things I was supposed to complete on that car. And was like I don't think we owe you. But I wouldn't have even stopped by if it wasn't for the email reminding me about it. I am like its only 50 dollars. The repairs I want done on this car will probably be 300 or more. So long story short he should have just done the repair and taken off the 50 I was owed and we both would be happy. This shop is so unprofessional and rude to customers I will never go back.

  Took our vehicle to get an estimate on removing a snapped hub bolt. We were quoted $250 for labor and parts. Later we were called to be informed that the vehicle had to be taken somewhere to have the bolt drilled out. We were NOT informed that there would be additional charges NOR were we asked if we approved the extra charges. Final bill was over $600+. And $19.95 for just one bolt when I can get 20 on Amazon for $35?? How would we have paid for this had we not had a credit card to back us up?? Total RIP-OFF!! Will not return to this business.

  Hi I don't see how these people have not been investigated by the bbb I've seen several bad reviews on this company my own personal experience cost me ******************************************************* my money back so after my altercation with these people and reading several horrible reviews on them from other sources other then bbb I took it apound myself to let my community know the truth about the misdiagnoses that happen on a regular to mainly women and elderly people I have three yrs to file my claim so I figured I have 2yrs and 300 day to protest there awful business ethics I really hope this helps change the way they conduct there practices the gentlemen holding the sing out Infront of there establishment is no other then me untill they have changed I love my community and to have people with I'll intent for selfish gain really bothers me my father said if you don't stand for something you stand for nothing so if you see me holding a sing honk your horn to let them know you read my sing wish me luck that I change the way pima automotive applys there practice in our wonderful ************** **
