    Hello, numerous details I will be leaving out which are probably important. Hoping to speak and go over them at a later date with somebody educated. My exhaust which was a still-in Cat-Back, as well as the high flows Cadillac converter off of the exhaust headers and the mid pipe which is also a Cadillac converter, and very possibly the resonator were all taken. My car had new weld beads around both mufflers when I went to go to the shop to speak to somebody I had noticed. Prior to this the day after my car was brought to the shop I went again to speak to somebody but they were closed walking up to the shop my car was right there on the corner and the door was unlocked, I was furious about this to the attention of the staff through a message. The day I noticed I exhaust missing the door was still unlocked. My mom worked over the money to help me out she's in Florida and on disability. $1,600. They had said this and I guess my mom said okay but the day after I suppose it was agreed upon, I called them to let them know not to do the work that that's my mom's like emergency money and I don't want to spend it. They refuse to give in to any sort of compromise even which is ridiculous for them to to, anyway they basically strong arm to do the work saying that we needed a harness which is going to cost $800. I told him I can get one and do the work. eBay having them for $300. They also told me an ECU comes with it which they had given me but my original ECU remains on the car. Along with the harness which they just repaired and did not order. They told me if I wanted to cancel it I would have to pay a $600 restocking fee for the harness which was 800 total and then to compromise still I suggested that I just pay for the harness and do the work myself instead of paying the other $800 for minimal work....     I saw that they used Snap Finance and I have used this service several times. I went in and had repairs done on my car. Now, I wasn't aware there was a minimum. I was told that because my repairs had not hit the amount needed to finance, they would charge the full 300 and when I needed more done, they would apply the credit for the next time. Not long after I had totaled the car. So fast foward a year later I reccieved and email stationg to bring the wrecked car in for a check up. So 3/3/24 I stopped in and talked to ***** and he said he saw that there was a credit. But he needed to clear it with the owner. And to call next day. So instead, I called on 3/7/24 and ***** said yes, the owner is here let me put him on the phone. Owner then began to say well where is the car that was fixed originally and began to run down the list of things I was supposed to complete on that car. And was like I don't think we owe you. But I wouldn't have even stopped by if it wasn't for the email reminding me about it. I am like its only 50 dollars. The repairs I want done on this car will probably be 300 or more. So long story short he should have just done the repair and taken off the 50 I was owed and we both would be happy. This shop is so unprofessional and rude to customers I will never go back.
