              On or about May 28, 2024, I attempted to add features to my Circle K Inner Rewards program account via the app and the website. I wanted to add the Easy Pay feature, but I encountered an internal error in the app. I attempted to delete my account and start over to get around the error, but I was unable to complete the process. My Inner Rewards account has not worked since May 28. I have made about 60 purchases and have missed out on about $6.00 in savings because I am not getting a discount on the products that I purchase. I make about 10 purchases a day at my local store. Usually, I am buying a fountain pop. I am supposed to be getting a ten cent discount on every purchase. I have sent a few emails to the customer service email but never get a reply. This is extremely frustrating. I would like some type of credit on my account to make up for the loss in savings. It is already up to $6 and growing every day by about $1.
