      I ordered a three day trial from this company. I canceled the order on the same day December 7, 2023. They proceeded to take out 24.95 on Dec7, 2023. Then the took out 29.95 on Dec8, 2023. I called them and requested they return both sums they deducted as I had canceled the membership on Dec 7, 2023. They returned the 29.95 but refuse to replace the 24.95 they took out of my account on Dec 7,2023. I would like to get my money returned.

      I have Norton security and life lock and they advised me of the businesses that were selling people information on there website, so there were 6 websites selling my information 5 agreed that they would stop at my request 1 refused to stop selling my information at my request., and that 1 is People finders.com. I was advised by life lock and Norton security to have my Data removed, But people finders are refusing to remove my Data for sell.

      Hello, I signed up to use PEOPLE FINDER and was under the impression it was a one time fee. The one time I used this service, the information they gave me was incorrect. It was not made clear to me that I had to cancel the subscription nor did they send me any correspondence or invoices. They charged my card for September 2023, October 2023, November 2023, and December 2023. I am asking that People Finder refund this money that was charged without my consent.

      This company contacted me on 12/14/23. I responded that they could refund the money and I could cancel the dispute. My bank refunded the money.

      Signed up with PeopleFinders for a trial. When they were unable to provide information requested, I cancelled. They have repeatedly attempted to bill my credit card, triggering numerous fraud warnings from my card provider. I have repeatedly emailed asking for the billing attempts to stop. I get no response from the company, but the billing attempts continue. Since November 23, they have attempted billing 7 different times. I want the billing attempts to stop.

      The company offered a 3 day trial I canceled before the 3 days were up and the without my knowledge charged me monthly for a membership I didn't have. I have been charged for roughly $25 a month since the 12th of May of this year 2023.

      I was made aware that all of my personal information is listed on their website without my consent! This is not acceptable! My current and previous addresses, my maiden and married names, even the exact location of my house on a map!! My relatives are also listed! And old ans current phone numbers. This is an invasion of my privacy!! And also puts me and my family at risk. I want all of this removed AT ONCE!

      I had signed up for a trial period on Peoplefinder.com. I then canceled several days before the renewal date. I was on their website confirming that I had canceled, and then, out of nowhere I am told that I have a lifetime membership?? Why in the world would I sign up for a lifetime membership if I had just canceled?

      They say that you can take your credit report off their page but when you go to paste and your url like they asked you to it doesn't work. I've emailed several times because their website isn't working to get my name off their website. They put me in immediate danger I have a stalker and I never said that they could put my name on their website. Now they will not comply with state and federal laws that say that they have to take my name off and not sell my information if I ask them to. They keep putting me in a loop this is definitely a scam. A scam that could kill me please help

      My information appears on People finders.com. my identity has attempted to have been stolen. I followed the directions on PeopleFinders to remove my information and the scam that they are, continues to tell you their own URL isn't valid for unlisting. I sent in an email asking for assistance and got back an email that they would provide 0 assistance. This scam is there way of leaving their information up and your personal information at risk. It needs removed immediately.

      I signed up and cancelled people finders within the allotted time frame. They continued to bill me for 2 more months. I emailed, followed the specific instructions for cancellation and requested a refund after the first charge. After the 2nd month billing I found the customer service phone number and called to request the refunds and was advised I was after the time frame. She could only refund 1 month. It is a shady business practice. They are stealing money from people.
