      I made a reservation for my wife to fly from Las Vegas to Florida. It was a good deal price amount of $307 total airfare. So, i used my debit card to complete the transaction early morning around 1:20am PT on 2/6/2024. However, my travel booking no. ****** went on pending status with a message that my ticket is processing and will contact or send me an e-ticket upon confirmation with the airlines. I waited for an e-amail and even chat an agent online thru their website but neither response receive from one of them. I called today around 2:00pm 855-997-6999 but immediately after she put me onhold, i was transferred to an agent recorded conversation and told me that they sent my wife an e-mail that my reservation was declined but that's not true. My wife did not receive e-mail from them regarding this matter. He added that my pending flight travel is now changed from $307 round trip to $500 just one way. So, i told him to cancel my pending travel booking as soon as possible, Now, i am worried that these agents might use my pending transaction information and still charge me because he did not send me any confirmation of cancellation.

      We are extremely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Whenever you book on our website any flight. The prices are subject to change depending on the availability of seats. Its a supply and demand rule wherein if the availability number changes (decreasing or increasing) prices changes (increasing or decreasing) respectively.Its a sure chance that this would have happend in your case. If someone books when the price has changed then you will get a call from our team about the change in the price or flights. This happens very less but is unfortunate that it changes but we do not charge your card on anything unless you authorise us to. We try to offer as best and as closest as possible to your original needs.However we offer a lot less than the market fares as in prices being offered directly by the airlines. Even for your flights you can search on the particular airline's website to know the fare. We know you will find the difference there to be a big one. Hence we offer very less expensive as compared to most of them in the market.

      Your price is so ridiculous! Your agent changed my reservation from $300 round trip to $500 one way. Of i did not , i will never receive a confirmation of my reservation for the fair amount of $300. After i made the agent cancelled my not guaranteed reservation and tried expedia, i was be able to get a flight with a good price of $380 round trip! So, it’s so untrue to hear that prices went up three times the amount of what i reserved from the first one.

      I purchased a three airline tickets and four days after purchasing they sent me an email stating that those flights are no longer available and I would need to purchase a different flight at a higher rate than originally agreed. I then called AA to confirm seats still available and they stated yes many seats at this time. I then called the travel agent and expressed my displeasure and they said they had every right. After an hour of arguing I had my attorney get on the phone. We verified that they had committed false advertisement and are fraud. They agreed to stop all payments and we could get a ticket somewhere else. Now that it is days later and tickets are more expensive. My family then went to purchase a ticket and was denied by my credit card as Cheap Airfares tried to run my card for an $900

Every day we tried reaching you and there was no response. The prices published on our website are subject to change due to availability. The fares updated can change any point of time depending on the supply & demand chain.If there is any change in the flights booked , our representative will contact for the same and try to offer the next best option available. However its upto you if want to go ahead with that or not. We would like to apologize if this has caused some concerns to you. We do not make charges to the card unless you agree to pay for the tickets. Even if the tickets you booked on the website are available our rep calls you to confirm the same or as matter of fact leaves you an email or message to run charges on the card. We tried everything at our disposal to get the deal done however prices changes depending on the availabilityof seats for the same. You can also check fare in th market for the same before callig or booking with us , we offer way less than the market fares.

      Advertised airline tickets for $454 gave a confirmation number then said no it wasn't valid and wanted to charge $1200.

      Travel services were paid for and promised by Best Airfares but not issued. Refund for services have been withheld. Best Airfares appear as though they are cooperating with you but ultimately never initiate contact and never provide a desired result. They’ll answer when you call, talk to you, tell you what you want to hear, tell you they will call you back with the result, status or update but never do. I uploaded additional information regarding this dispute under my “ Supporting documents”

      We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused here.We made your reservations & confirmed it with the airlines however, the airlines cancelled the flight at the last minute without any explanation at all. This left us with no response being to the passenger. We tried rasing request for the refund with the airlines adn that too was denied as it was never our fault. If the airline never wanted to confirm tickets they could have done in the first place however they cancelled it on the last moment leaving us renderless. We tried everything at our disposal to resolve the issue but it hasn't proved anything yet. We are also facing losses at the same time. As you have disputed the charges which we were trying to resolve it. Nonetheless it was your call to dispute the charges which you did. We are sorry for this mishap, if anything more could have been done on this, we tried everything to sort it out. We too are facing huge losses due to such cancellation by the airlines. This has impacted us alot too. We did our job as promised to the passenger. We delivered everything as requested but cancellation at the last minute mucked it up. This cancellation has nothing to do with us at all. We didn't even knew about the same until it as done. We are very apologetic for such thing being done.

      I had purchased 3 airline tickets from Seattle Wa to Jacksonville Fl to get my son and his family to his sister’s wedding. Paid for and got a confirmation number. My the notified me today(1-22-2024) that something was wrong with the booking. He sent me the email he had received. I contacted bestairfare customer support to see what had happened. They would not give me a reason why this had happened but were willing to get me another flight. Then the CSR told me the flight was more expensive. I spoke to a supervisor who basically could not give a legitimate reason for the cancellation and wanted to charge me roughly an additional $2000.00 for a new flight. Seems very shady that a flight for $1400.00 suddenly isn’t available after receiving a confirmation number then another flight is available for almost twice the price. When I asked for the supervisor’s supervisor, I was told he wasn’t available.

      We are exteremly sorry for the inconvenience caused here.We understand you booked flights with which were no longer available at the price you booked.Basically the prices published on our website are subject to change depending on the availability of seats. This contradicts me saying that we work on supply and demand basis. We update prices as per the lowest availability of setas but again very limited.The prices on the website is updated on daily basis in a chronological way. There is a possiblity that if a price changed and it may show the same price on the website it will allow you to book only beacuse the process of updating new rates will be running at the same time. Same goes if any flight is unavailable it will take sometime to be taken off the website following a synchrinised way. However if there is any change in flights or prices our representative will call you to update on the same. Our rep will update you on the current availability accordingly. Yes the prices may differ again but whetever will be offered there will be very less as compared to the market prices which i am sure you can check thoroughly. We are surely not at all trying to take more money here. Its just that whatever is available can only be given out. We cannot offer or sell something we do not have as explained earlier updating in process for the change on the website. We are again very apologetic for the same, but we will suggest you to check the market rates and then calls us. We are sure you will know the difference that how are we providing less expensive tickets.

      We apologise for the concern here. Again the prices availability can be changed in fraction of seconds. Its all depended on the chain of supply & demand. We will advise you to check market fares for the flights you want to book this way you may get an idea what are the rates. Its not in our hands to make changes to prices,its all linked to seats consumption. We are not hedging aroud to beat the prices what we are offering you. We just try to beat a market rates at a lengthy margin. It is just that what we publish on our website changes very frequently. We try an update the same as soon as possible, however the updating tales alot of time as manaully being done.We try to give as lowest as possible with respect to the market fares.We apologise for the inconvenience caused here. Please still would advise you to check any flight with any agencies and compare the same with market fares. You may get an idea what is actual fare floating in the market.

      this company is not good at all. i kept getting calls from them and when i didn't answer the call i was emailed. i was told by Aaron Woods in the email and i quote if i don't call back it would be a voluntary cancellation on our end and we will be charged a cancellation penalty. Aaron informed me when i did speak with him that i would not be able to bring luggage because i did not buy the flexible tickets. he went on to say it was a recorder line. i told Aaron i didn't care about that. Aaron said for $43.00 dollars i could go ahead and change it to flexible. i did agree i was tired of being called over and over. Aaron sent me an email to consent to for the charge i had to agree to it. i did when i looked up my charge on my credit card it was $73.00 dollars. i will never use Best Airfares again and use Frontier Airlines do to all the issues. If i could leave no stares i would. Paid on 1/13/24.

      This is to bring to your attention that this complaint is not related to Best Airfares, as we are unable to find any details related to your travel. There is no one by the name Aaron Woods associated with us nor has been ever. There is another company who goes by the same name however the only difference is that the other company's name is Best Airfare. Please check this thoroughly. We are not able to find any details related to your flight or so. If what i am saying is correct then please take the complaint off of the BBB website.

      I purchased a plane ticket. The airline cancelled the ticket because best airfares does fraudulent business. I got a refund from the airline but nothing from the portion of the travel agency. These people are crooks.

      April 2023 I had to cancel a flight. I originally paid $1300 for 2 tickets. I was charged a fee by Bestairfair and was credited $1104 to America Airline per Bestairfair which was confirmed via email. When I contacted AA to rebook a flight, they advised me that only $954.70 was credited. When I reached out to Bestairfair regarding the balance of the credit and to why it wasn't sent to AA as agreed they gave me the runaround and then suggested I book another flight with them to eat that Remaining balance. I told them 'no' and that I wanted either a refund or the amount credited to AA. After going back and forth with them still trying to get me to book, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that no one was available. After several more calls, I was then told that one would be in until the following week.

      Each time I pick a flight and book it I get an email that instructs me to call them. When I called them, each time, they tell me how that flight is no longer available. Then they tell you to hold on. Then they return just to tell you about a new flight that costs $300 more. So I called from another number as a different customer and they did the exact same thing. This is a scam!

      We would sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused here. We understand the case what happened here. You booked tickets online on our website but when you were contacted by us, you were informed the price is more. Firstly we are sure you do know the availability of seats is totally dependent on the chain of demand and supply. Supposedly if the travel dates are nearer the prices are high plus around the holidays tickets were sold within minutes. The tickets you booked we tried to confirm them but the airlines prices were changed by then and we have to manually update the same on our website which takes time. I am sure the agent you spoke with must have told you about the market rates at that point of time. The prices published on our website are subject to change with respect to seats availability. Even if you booked it on our website you would receive an email for the same which clearly says that your ticket is processing and we will contact you once confirmed. There is also  booking reference ID provided for the same. The updating of the rates in our website takes time, usually 72 hours minimum. But again there is a chance a few routes may have been missed as updating being done manually. We do offer alternates if we do not have what you booked because whatever published on our website gets booked really fast. Yes , there would have been a price difference but seat availability also takes into account a few other factors such as tickets in holidays , tickets being booked very close to the departure date, etc. we again would  aplologize for the inconvenience caused here. We can try everything on our part to sort this out if you contact us again. Your credit card and other information is all encrypted and no reservation has been booked then all the info gets erased. We do not run charges on the card unless you tell us the same on the email. Please feel free to call us and clarify this. We will more than happy to respond. We will make sure that your case will be considered top priority.

      The website has specific pricing for flights and seats. When I spoke with a representative he said it takes time to update the website. This has been up for well over a week. My complaint is I purchased a ticket and a few hours later was sent an email saying all seats were sold out. This did not give me time to keep searching for other options! Now I have no ticket and the prices are well over double. My ask is that this company be required to keep the website updated as to not mislead any other potential customers

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused here. We would like to tell you that the prices published on our website aur based on the availability offered by the airlines. Accordingly publish rates on the website, now these fares are bound to change depending on the seating available on that particular flights. We keep updating our website about the changes which is being done manually on daily basis. This updating of changed rates takes quite sometime. If someone books a ticket on the old price , we get a email saying the same. Hence we call the customers and tell them we do not have availability for the flights booked we can try and offer something else. If any customer agrees to that we proceed with the reservation otherwise we cancel the whole thing. There will not be any charges if the customer disagreed to the booking at all. To summarize this , we only sell what we have available and we have many customers who are happy the service we provide. We are extremely sorry if we were not able to provide what you were looking for. We will try to speed up the process the price updating. But again we would really apologize if no time was allowed for you to go through it again. We are sure will help you better if call us for any reservations directly.
