`On Tuesday evening I was online to purchase my daughter a ticket to AZ. I was looking at a lot of sites for cheaper tickets. I came across BestAirFares and was excited I purchased a Ticket with them with AA for July 27-aug 2. I rec'd a confirmation number and at the end of the transaction it said congrats, here is your confirmation # and you willl receive an email with your flight information shortly. The next day I asked my daughter if she rec'd and email from them and she hadn't , my husband said that they hadn't charged our account yet either. She I called them and the man said that after many attempts AA denied the 208.00 for the around trip ticket sorry. I said I didn't understand since I got a confirmation # , I have ordered tickets online before with different companies and that meant you have a ticket for that flight. I asked him why no one had called or emailed about the canceled ticket , all he said was sorry. If I would not have called I just would have assumed I had a ticket and went to the air port to drop my daughter off and she wouldn't have a ticket to fly. I just want them to be held to the terms, if you purchase the ticket at that price they should give it to you at that price . I went to another company and purchased the ticket for 200.00 more. I will I was scammed by this company and will have to keep checking my account to make sure that didn't charge my account for a ticket I didn't receive.

On 6/6 I booked a flight online and paid via credit card a flight to Phoenix, Arizona RT from 6/15-6/20 on Alaska Airlines: flight AS 930 1:55pm departure 4:47pm arrival. And flight AS 947 11:30 AM departure 2:34 pm arrival. I was told after booking that I'd receive a booking confirmation email along with flight itinerary. No email has been received. In the FAQ section of the site at hotflights.com it reads 'We respond to all booking requests. It's possible our emails may be filtered out as spam, so please check your Junk folders as well.' No emails were received in either the spam or junk folders, I was never sent the required emails. The price point for the flight was booked at $178 RT. I am lead to believe that my booking is validated and my flight itinerary is complete. Not the case. Because the price was listed at $178 for RT and the booking was completed then paid for via credit card... (You should receive a confirmation) I instead am told that the booking was not completed and the price point is not as indicated $178 RT but for a price much higher say $388 RT. This is not what I paid for -or agreed to. The only vindication you receive is that 'your credit card won't be charged'. It is falsely misrepresented -the flight rates on the site. Its false advertising to list the flight cost at $178 when in actuality it is $388+. It is misrepresented and wrong and should never be listed as such. The site is deceiving its customers into thinking they are booking a flight. My booking was never made nor completed and I was never sent the required email. This is wrong. I should receive the confirmation email for booking on hotflights.com and an itinerary along with flight status should be indicated within the email. None was sent... my booking was simply left unfulfilled and no reason was ever indicated. Hot flights needs to fulfill the intitial booking request made for $178 RT.

The website bestairfares.com runs a scam where they offer flights at very good prices, take your information and credit card info, send you a confirmation email, but do not actually issue you a ticket. This happened to me and reading reviews online it appears they do it to many people. After I received my confirmation, I realized my credit card was not charged. I called the company to ask why my card was not charged and they told me that my order didn't go through and they could get me a new ticket at a much more expensive rate. This issue appears to be common, they'll attract you with a cheaper than normal ticket, but not actually issue it but instead send you a confirmation email (which says your ticket is pending). As the date of your flight approaches you'll realize you didn't get a boarding pass and then when you call to inquire they'll offer you a more expensive ticket saying that your first order didn't go through. This happened to me and has happened to many others judging by reviews online.

We are extremely sorry for what you been through. I am sure there must be a way to remedy this all. We
are not Scam. We fully abide by the travel rules and regulations being followed in United States of
America. I am sure if your tickets did not go through someone must have called or email you about the
same. This is our basic protocol if someone makes a reservation which is no longer available. We
provide them the update with new availability at the cheapest cost available anywhere. We try to
compare prices as well and i m sure when compare market rates with our rates this is would justified. We
do not send out confirmation email. The email clearly says the confirmation email will be send to you
once confirmed or someone will contact you about this. Prices available on the website are subject to
change at any point of time depending on seat availability. This is purely supply and demand chain as
this is being followed all over the world. I am sure you must gone through a lot of websites about this
reservation even with the hiked up rates, no other website would have given you the price what we
offered you. We would still like to go ahead and assist better with your reservations and try offering you
cheapest available. We would again like to apologize for everything. Please give us a chance to rectify
      this.

On Tuesday, may 17th 2022 booked two flight tickets, paid for them with a credit card entered all info. And got the confirmation numbers.2 days later started getting phone calls (at 9:30 p.m.) and emails stating that the tickets were on the works and that I needed to call them back. Today (4/21/22) I spoke to 4 people and they stated that the tickets were canceled as they are not available for that price, but the same flight same airline was still available for a higher price. I am requesting that the company gives me the tickets at the advertised price.

On May 17, 2022, @4:17PM, I made a reservation on Bestairfares.com the flights were advertised at $321.00 round trip per person from Indianapolis Indiana to Cancun Mexico on Dates of Aug 15-21. These reservations were made for a total of 6 people in three different transactions hope this make sense. So every time I went into their website the amount of the ticket was $321.00 which included taxes and fees. All was well until I received their confirmation email, in that email the price had changed from $321 to $643 per person, with no prior notification, so of course I reach out to them via phone and right away got the runaround after the first person couldn't answer me why the price had changed they ofc transferred me to someone else. Julia proceeds to tell me that there was a glitch on my reservation and the price was now $643 b/c the flights were $1500 on the official website of AA for those dates but the best she could do would be $569 but in the event of me finding the tickets cheaper meaning cheaper than $643 that she would give me 6 free tickets. I ofc told her to cancel the reservation but she insisted that I should keep it until I found something better! red flags all around. At this point thank God nothing had been charged, so I proceeded to ask her to cancel the reservation b/c I felt like it was falsely advertised and she became irate and rude. I can understand a glitch but 3 different transactions with the same advertised Price, there is no way! so I went on there site as I was typing this complaint and the prices are still $321 dollars, I feel like these sites take advantage of the consumer and thankfully I caught it on time and was not charged for their incompetence b/c then it would have been worst.

TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
      Complaint Id :- ********

We understand your concern here. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused here. The
prices on which you booked your tickets had very limited number of seats availability. Due to same
reason, it gets booked real fast. As soon as we have an update form the airlines that the prices has been
hiked, we accordingly try and update our website for the same. This updation happens manually with few
numbers of people doing it in a daily basis. If during this period of time, someone books a reservation at
whatever cost showing on the website, we educate the customer with reason that prices no longer exist
as it’s been up by the airlines. You must have felt that this is not right, which is very genuine but on the
other hand, all the prices on the website depends on the availability of seats. This is a supply and
demand market, as seats gets booked prices are increased progressively. This is the basic rule.
Whatever cheapest were available was offered to you. It was your choice not to take though knowing
what market or airlines rate are on those tickets. If you look from my point of view, we were saving a lot
or more than 50% of your cost. We follow full discretion without customer’s consent no proceed. Your
credit card will only be charged if we have the original tickets provided you have agreed to that. We are
really sorry if anyone was irate or rude with you, we are sure they must have been trying to save your
money by making you aware of the market value and what you will be paying. We did not want this to go
like this, however we will be more than happy to help you book tickets if you call us.

I booked airfare on this website of April 25. Two round-trip fares from Cincinnati to Honolulu departing June 11. Booking number ******. I received email confirmation. Since then I have tried to try chat twice, made four phone calls and sent three emails from which I received no reply. I was told originally that it would take up to three days to get the etickets or airline confirmation for this booking. It’s been 8 days and I have received neither. Each time I called back I am told the reservation is still processing. This must be some sort of scam so they can sell me the same flights at a higher price later. I have left two messages for the quality manager to return my call but he has failed to do so. This business advertises being accredited by BBB.

I was given a full credit from the business and now I am trying to redeem and they are requesting I pay more money although my new flight is less than my credit. The business is giving false information about fees from delta airline which the airline denies. The floor manage by the name of Jame states I am required by delta to pay an amount which would result in me paying the difference for the flight instead of using my credit. And leaving me a credit with them instead of applying it to my flight. I have email confirmation that I am able to use my full credit amount for flight and this business is not being honest.

      Sir/Madam,
We understand your concern related to the credit usage. First of all, we would to like clarify that there is no false information that is being provided at all. The credit offered can be used depending on the availability of seats for the travel planned. The credit can only be used on the rates offered by the airline, not any discounted rates. Here in your case the credit will be used but at market price. The prices what you may be seeing online may not be available as per our live inventory tool, therefore the agent might have offered you the best available. We are being very honest here. We can only offer what we have available to offer. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused here. We are sure that we may be able to come to a resolution if we discuss this again. We will be able to redeem the credit as well. We would not want you to go unhappy here only if we discuss this over again.
      Yours’s Sincerely,

On March 8, 2022, I booked a reservation with Southwest Airlines to Dallas Texas from Tampa Florida for 2 adults. The advertised rate for this reservation was 316.00. I supplied my credit card information, the charge was run on my card and was informed the reservation could not be completed because there was an increase in the rate. I stated I was looking at the website, and that was the rate quoted. The agent told me the webpage had not been update to reflect the increased rate. I needed to pay an additional $100 to book the reservation. And I agreed to pay the additional information. The Agent told me there would be 2 charges on my credit card, Capitol One. One to Southwest Airlines for $316.00, and one to UGULE LLC for $100.00. Both charges are on my credit card. I called back on March 16 to ask why I was charged the extra $100, because the fair had not increased as the agent said. I request a refund of $100, and was told no. I demanded, and received a return phone call from a person that was able to make any refunds. This person told me no refund would be made, I agreed to the extra charge. I called Southwest Airlines on March 21, spoke with 'Kim'. Kim told me that this is a separate company, not part of Southwest, but was aware of them and also aware of their extra billing activities. Because they are not a part of Southwest Airlines, Southwest could not provide a refund. They received the proper charge, $316.00. She advised me to contact my credit card company, Capitol One and file a fraudulent Charge claim and also to file a complaint with the better business bureau. On March 21, 2022, I did contact Capital One, spoke with 'Von', in their fraud section. She filed the complaint on my behalf. She also stated that I should also file a complaint with the BBB.

I went on the website to purchase some tickets for me and my children to go on a vacation. I purchased the tickets for $206 per person for a total of $1,034. The flight was on American Airlines. When I went to get my tickets they were not there. I contacted bestairfares.com and spoke with George and was told that I would have to pay a higher price because the tickets are not available. I asked to get my money back because I no longer wanted to make the purchase with them anymore. I said it more than 5 times. He said to contact American Airlines to see what the prices are. All I wanted to do want get my money back and purchase the tickets elsewhere. I do not like to be given a hard time when you are not providing a service. I now have to pay additional money because of false advertising. I now have to pay $484 for tickets for total $3,733.50. This is not fair to me as a customer who thought the price on their website was valid and it is NOT! I WILL NOT EVER use this site as they are a fraud.
