      I purchased airline tickets from this site on 10/18/2021 from Boston to San Diego for the dates 12/26/2021-1/2/2022 and I agreed on the price of about $385. I hadnt heard from the company in about a week to confirm the flight. When I did reach out, they let me know that the flight I originally picked was sold out and I could get another one for $585. I agreed, however they changed the return date from 1/2/2022 to 12/26/2021 which was not what I wanted. When I tried getting in touch with them again to ask for a refund, I kept getting the run around and now no one will return my call. This is a classic bait and switch by this company and I would just like to get my refund of $585 back. I will never deal with this company as its been a horrible experience.

      11/21 I purchased 2 round trip airline tickets through Best Airfare. The website advertised the ticket price at 356.00 plus tax and fees for a total of 714.00. 90 minutes later I received a call from Best Airfares letting me know the tickets I purchased were no longer available at that price. I was offered a new itinerary for an additional $399.96. I questioned how they could have the price listed and then tell me the airline would no longer allow them to offer the posted price. I did not accept the new itinerary. I hung up and went back on their site, located the new itinerary and what do you know the price is listed as $ 356.00. I called back and requested the itinerary at the posted price. Again I was told that was not possible. The airlines only let the company sell 5 tickets at the posted price and it takes 24-58 hours to remove the posted price because they have to manually remove them. I feel as if this is a “bait and switch.” They pull you in with a low price and then amazingly the tickets are no longer available. I had to pay the higher price.

      I booked travel through their website Hotflightdeals.com from ONT to DFW for a family trip 23-26th of December. Yup, an Xmas trip. I had no problem booking and paying the $400+ price tag, but got an email saying it was "Pending." Half a day later, I get a phone call saying they can't book my flight, saying it was cancelled by American Airlines. At that point, I understand things change beyond their control. They tried to get me to move my flight over to Frontier, which I didn't really want to, so I informed them to cancel it. I eventually get American Airlines on the phone and it turns out the flight was still there and Hotflightdeals.com or bestfairs.com, didn't want to pay the change in prices and they didn't want to honor the deal. It had NOTHING to do with a cancelled flight. So, I called back the previous number of the agent who helped me with at hotflightdeals.com and proceeded to tell them how AA hadn't cancelled the flight and in fact I could book with them. I informed him I did not appreciate being lied to. He then tells me that I can book with them then, in a pretty aggressive tone. I tell him, I want them to honor their prices and book my flight correctly. He then HUNG UP on me! I'd like to add another caveat to this. My sister had also booked this same flight and she too was called and told it was cancelled. She already knew the flight was there and told them she knows it wasn't actually cancelled. Her hotfligthdeals rep then CONFIRMS to her that she is correct and he apologies for the deception. I understand costs change, but not honoring a price and then LYING about it are unacceptable.

      I went online looking for airfare for my daughter and son in law for Christmas trip from Austin Texas to Cancun, round trip. They advertised $304 per person round trip. I booked the trip. Two days later I received an email that the trip is no longer available AT THAT PRICE but increased to total of $1,063. I went to their site TODAY and they are still advertising NON STOP AT THE SAME PRICE OF $304 PER PERSON. I called them and asked them to honor the price they were advertising and they said all of the tickets were sold out at that price but they could get it for the increased price. I told him that you are still advertising at the price of $304 and that is false advertising. If the trip is no longer available at $304 then their website should be updated. He said that takes a long time due to the number of prices they have to MANUALLY update. I told him that was absurd in this day and age that the prices are not automatically updated to the current going price. I again told him if they wanted to honor the price they ADVERTISED AND ARE STILL ADVERTISING I would be happy to keep the booking. He said that is impossible but he could get me an updated price. I refused and told him I was going to report them. This should not be allowed. While I ASSUMED I had the tickets for my daughter and son in law I stopped looking at other sites where I might have gotten a good price. This company should be shut down or they should be made to honor what they are advertising at the price they are advertising it for. I am now looking elsewhere for airfare because I will NEVER be the person that puts money in this companies pockets.

      I purchased a flight ticket on line from this company on august 28 for a trip on October 22-24. They acknowledged my payment and issued me an itinerary. This Friday, October 15th they sent me an email to say my flight was not accepted by the airline. America Airline. In order words I have no ticket. 4 days before my travel. They said the money was refunded but it wasn’t. Now I have to pay a high price to travel

      I booked a flight through bestairfares.com for 2 tickets at 325$ per ticket given a total confirmation of 650$ to be charged. I received and email confirming the pending charge at this price. The I receive an email saying they are unable to get a flight at this price and the next option is 1070$ and that I may reply yes to confirm at this price or call their number. I call their number to request they cancel this charge and am told the person on the phone does not have the authority to cancel and I will receive a call within the next half hour, I did not receive any call. I then call back the next day to get again, the person on the phone is not authorized to cancel and I need to call back or will get a call back in 2 hours. The company also advertises a good rating on the BBB but in fact have a D- rating and are not considered an accredited BBB company.

      This website is committing fraud. I booked a ticket online for $250.80 for my daughter's Thanksgiving ticket Laguardia to Cincinnati. After the transaction took place, I noticed it was "pending" so I called right away and I could barely understand the representative who told me if I wanted a confirmed ticket, I would have to pay $484 to secure a seat in the main cabin. I said I wanted a refund (this was 5 minutes after I booked it) and "******" told me that was not possible and my card was going to be charged when the seat was confirmed and that may not be for a few weeks. Then he told me they were SAB. I told him they were committing fraud by advertising a fare that was not accurate. This is a nightmare. I called my bank and had my card blocked, but I don't know if that will prevent them from accessing my bank account. Reservation#************* I also chatted with "******" whose name was "***** ******" first and then it changed to "******" with no last name. I have the chat

      I purchased airline tickets from Best Airfares from Phx to Cancun for Oct of 2021. $325 was charged by them to process the tickets and the tickets themselves were charged by Delta. Due to Covid I cancelled my trip. I called Best Airfares on 8/24/21 requesting a refund. They confirmed that my flight can be cancelled for a fee of $225.00, $75 per ticket, and that I would then receive a credit to my original form of payment, which was my Mastercard, in the mount of $1515.60. The fee of $225 was charged to my card that same day, 8/24. However, I have not received a refund of $1515.60. I contacted them 9/14 and they advised to wait another 7-10 business days. I contacted them again on 9/21, they asked me to wait an additional few days. On 9/29 I contacted them again and they said they were researching the issue and will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Again on 10/1 I contacted them as I have yet to receive a reply or my refund. At this time, I have not yet heard back from them.

      I booked and purchased round trip flight tickets from Best Airfares from San Diego, CA to Newark, NJ. who sent me an additional E-Ticket on August 15, 2021 per my request. When I arrived at the Newark Airport to return home, Jet Blue flight **** had left at 11:00am while my E-Ticket from Best Airfares showed our flight leaving at 6:30pm. We were listed as a no show and missed our flight. Because my daughter is a kidney dialysis patient and I couldn't afford to buy new tickets, Jet Blue was kind enough to sell me same day switch tickets in the amount of $150.00 for the flight leaving the following morning The Jet Blue ticket agent said that Best Airfares were notified of the change but they never forwarded the info to me. I also had to pay $179.00 for a Hotel room near the airport. I have requested a $150.00 refund from Best Airfares but they refuse.

      My complaint is against Bestfares.com I purchased airline ticket for 209.40 on 9/21/21 and then I get a call that this fare is not available for economy on Delta, so I said I wanted to cancel and he told me it was not refundable, I had not gotten my ticket and it had not been charged yet. So I asked if any of the other flights from delta for same price were available and was told economy seats no longer an option, I was told that I could get a Flight on Spirit that had long lay over, I could not take that then he told me that I could get a main cabin ticket and it would cost 418.97 that eas double the original price, I spoke to ***** **** so I was either going to lose my money and pay another carrier or give in to there pressure tactics, I gave in under serious protest, I got an email stating that I agreed to the new amount, that was early this morning and I am still waiting fir my ticket. (Oh I was told I could get on waiting list but no guarantee)

      Just an update I have been trying to contact M*** ******** and each time o call I am told he is not available, told to call back I. 5 hours, I called back and was tolls to call back in 30 minutes I called back and was told to give it another 2 hours, this is a horrible company so if you would please keep my complaint open. No resolution. Thank you for your help.
